This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.
VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.
( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )
Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.
Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.
Good night all.
Looks like Darius tried to read him out of the Book.
That or he fell asleep at the printing press again.
It is very interesting how newspapers are made today. Those giant presses are fascinating. If only they were used for good instead of evil.
It’s just a business. The question is, why does what they make sell as well as it does?
You’ll notice that most churches have a happier hokum to hawk. I wonder why there’s such a dichotomy between the messages.
Why do people pay for bad news, when they can get a friendlier message for free.
Pay no attention to the effusive alliteration; I’m just getting tired.
I just had Get Smart on my mind and that phrase must be used in most of it’s episodes.
For some reason, I was thinking that should be Anoreth’s kitty.
Go figure.
Or Pat’s ... only catz don’t like Pat very much.
Bill is working a restaurant job today, Anoreth has a full day of school, and it’s Sally’s birthday. Oh, and Vlad is Sad. I can probably fix that with a doughnut!
Marning all. Looks like a busy day ahead. It’s also another cutoff day at the Capitol — a lot of bills will die at 5 PM.
“Number 5 is ALIVE!”
Hello! I went to Wal-mart and got some clothes for the girls. And laundry detergent. Now I’m working on an activity for my Sunday School class.
Not sure I am... getting busy...
I have no clue what I’m doing. I just know that I’m almost upright, although my brain is playing “warm and fuzzy” and trying not to work.
It’s Monday. With the wind out of the north, the temp is 32, and I’m ready for full summer.
I have sunny and 50s. Brisk north wind, but it’s not too bad. Catz and Ash are enjoying the sunbeams!
Anoreth’s Coast Guard recruiter just left a message that they’ll have to reschedule her medical exam (not just her, all their current batch of recruits). Raging pain, that, but good practice for life in the military!
I was thinking of going to the PO...it’s finally up to 53, and for now, I don’t see any indication of wind. Just about the time I head out....
Check this out. I’ll keep adding stuff as I get them scanned.

Coming up for air. Briefly.
Yes, we get many stupid bills filed. Sadly, it doesn't take long to understand that many of them are very poorly thought through. Several years ago I explained to a legislator why his bill would accomplish the exact opposite of its stated goal. To his credit, he agreed and killed his own bill in his own committee.
Last Wednesday I explained to another legislator (a newbie) why his is chock-filled with problems and likely to make the situation he wanted to fix even worse. He didn't listen; we agreed on an amendment that would minimize the damage and he went off happy. But I received an e-mail from one senator expressing a hope it will die in the committee looking at it today.
Yippeee...
