This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.
Alla ovat Ympäristöministeriön viimeisimmät viralliset vuokrasopimus mallit. Tiedostot ovat PDF muodossa, joten ne ovat helppo tulostaa taikka tallentaa koneelle. Erittäin hyödyllisiä etenkin tehdessä vuokrasopimusta yksityiseltä yksityiselle.
Kiinteistönvälitys toimistoilla, jotka tarjoavat vuokra-asuntoja on yleensä kattavat sopimus pohjat valmiina. Mutta toki niihinkin kannattaa tutustua tarkasti ja kysyä kiinteistönvälittäjältä mikäli jokin asia askarruttaa.
VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.
( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )
Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.
Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

Morning, all.
I was supposed to go to church this morning, but when the alarm rang, I said, “I’ll just lie here where it’s warm for another minute or two. If I keep my eyes open, I won’t fall asleep.”
Two and a half hours later, here I am.
Yesterday was too much. However, when I did finally get back last nights, all my lights were still on!!! LOL!
Hey! What are you doing with Face’s new washing machine? LOL!
The sionnsareens are on their way but I’m at home, a bit ill.

I saw a thread saying that the freeper ComomTator died yesterday. I seem to remember seeing his posts a lot. H'll be missed I know.

Last night, when I got home, it was all I could do to walk. I had to take two industrial strength Motrin to help me ease the pain. I read a couple of chapters of LOTR, and finally was able to sleep.
I’m stiff all over this morning, as I knew I would be. But at least I helped my neighbor get some of the things he needed. Even though he was in a handicap cart, he was still in distress when I got him in the door.
At least now he has food!

I have a new washing machine??? Oh, goody!!! (Where is it?)
I saw that too, but it’s been a long time since I saw his posts.
Still morning here for a few more minutes. Then we’ll be leaving for church.
I’ve started cleaning my closet, but the guys need to get the crib out of it before I can make any more progress!

I’m trying to decide if I want coffee or hot cocoa. Never mind. I just remembered I’m out of cocoa. *sigh*
Maybe I’ll just make some tea.
It’s overcast and windy today, and 68 degrees. No wonder I went back to sleep!
Yep. Believe it or not, I used one of those when we were campground hosts for the National Forest Service.
The I got wise and used a 10 gallon plastic bucket with a toilet plunger.

Ever heard of the British science fiction series "Doctor Who"?
Well one of the episodes had theis alien mob family that disguised themselves as humans by killing large sized people and using thier bodies like we use clothes. thier zippers were in thier foreheads (I know this sounds really disgusting and it is!) Anyway the famly name was "Slitheen" and when you used as simular spelling of that word I had to crack that joke.
Does that explain things?

No. I don’t have a washer. These apartments aren’t set up for them.
