AIR Force Top Guns have already battled UFOs in the skies over Britain under a top-secret Government directive, a former senior insider has sensationally claimed. Nick Pope - whose 21-year stint at the Ministry of Defence included three years on the UFO desk - told The Sun of the rules of engagement for the first time. He claimed RAF pilots had fired at UFOs several times - but couldn't take them out.And he added: "We know of cases where the order has been given to shoot down - with little effect to the UFO."

Note to Dennis Kucinich - take commercial flights to the UK.
He added: “I do believe we will bring one down. We’re developing increasingly sophisticated weapons.” Mr Pope also rubbished the MoD’s stance that UFOs pose no danger to the public, saying: “I think that’s a line I wrote myself in the 1990s. “But if they haven’t investigated, how do they know it poses no threat? “They will try to play it down by talking about flying saucers and little green men. But there are MPs and ministers and a faction of the MoD who do believe in UFOs.” An MoD spokesman last night refused to comment on the directive.
Mr. Pope, old chap, you should have brought up those beastly crop circles.
If an advanced alien civilization has technology allowing interstellar travel, they also have weapons that would make shooting a missile at them from a fighter plane as futile and self-destructive as throwing a rock at a battleship.

Wait til the Bampster finds out he really works for a 9 foot tall gray guy named Klaatu...
Thanks.
There are some . . . who contend that . . .
satan has tricked the Oligarchy into thinking that the ET’s [nephilium, fallen angels etc] they are in cahoots with can help them build weapons sufficient to win out over God Almighty’s UNFALLEN angels at Armageddon.
There’s supposedly some mysterious aspect of the fallen angels and satan needing the world’s rulers to ask them to help them with such weapons etc. . . . to overcome some edict by God against such involvements unless humans request it.
Some Bible scolars would agree.
Time will tell.
Your assumptions seem to be greatly flawed . . .
though our missiles against them have been largely ineffective due to their advanced tech.
Reportedly they were not quite prepared for some of our radar installations and their effects on the UFO craft when Roswell happened.
They reportedly adjusted their stuff and didn’t have THAT specific problem again.
Besides . . . technology is never flawlessly perfect in all unforseen contingencies . . . even ET technology.
More than that, they would also have technology that would make it absolutely unneccessary to enter the atmosphere to find out whatever they wanted to know about us.
Then there’s the fact that they would find us less amusing than watching paint dry.
He gave a briefing on his investigations at the Pentagon. I contrived to get myself invited. As a Major, I sat in a back row. The 4-Stars sat in front. McDonald gave his pitch, then opened for questions. One of the 4-Stars asked, "If what you say is true, Dr. McDonald, how come they never crash? How come we never find any wreckage?"
With a bland smile on his face, McDonald replied, "Maybe their Zero Defects program really works." That ended the briefing.
How long have you been compiling an archive
of absurd assumptions?
I know, lets start an interplanetary incident by shooting down an unidentified aircraft that for the last 2000 years has not shown to be hostile (unless you believe in alien abduction and cattle mutilations)
Forgetting these pal?
Which "biblical scholars" would agree with this exactly? Please phrase your answer in the form of someone who doesn't yell at me through a bullhorn on a street corner
Naw.
It’s better that you assume silly things about me.
Besides . . . it should cause more interesting expressions on your face when things REALLY start falling dramatically Biblically in place.
I prefer to write mostly encouraging those with at least rudimentary eyes to see and ears to hear.
I will believe in ET only when I see one land
The kooks can preach till the cows come home.
I am not impressed by any so called sightings.
