I spent an hour on the phone with India Inc at ATT to try to tell him they (ATT) have a problem with Norton web scan — I explained it to him in precise terms and he still trashed around for an hour.
Eventually they gave me Level 2 and I got Jud from Richardson, TX, who looked at what I told him, admitted it was a problem and drawled “that’s a legacy domain — we ain’t gonna do much to hold it together. You need to choose between the old and the new.”
Time expended with Manu - 1 hour and complete hiding his misunderstanding.
Time expended with Jud — 5 minutes and 100% honesty.
You’all can do the math.
