John Travolta, Kelly Preston and their children Jett and Ella Bleu, leave an airport in Rome.
John Travolta's lawyers -- who are close family friends -- reveal that Jett may have died in his father's arms Friday.

Us: Is it true that Jett died in John's arms?
Ossi and McDermott: "Jett may have still been alive when John administered CPR, and then the EMT took over. Jett was pronounced dead at the hospital. I like to believe John had a chance to say goodbye. He may have died in his dad's arms. I am not certain."
Us: It's been said Jett had a history of seizures. How often did he have them?
Ossi and McDermott: "I am not confident to talk about that. I know he had a history, which of course warranted the extra attention."

This thread is about the details of Jett’s death. His nanny was caught kissing his father. There is a dispute about the timeline of his death. The police are sticking by their story.
These are matters that should be investigated and will hopefully be investigated and not shooed away because the man’s son died and you feel sorry for him.
I don’t for one second think anyone intentionally killed that boy.
I do believe he was the victim of neglect because of their religion and he may have been neglected the night he died.
His relationship to that nanny is going to be very relevant if the police are correct in their story about the timeline delay.
You seem to be more repulsed by Conservatives than most around here. It seems you are the one with the problem not Conservatives.

Where was the nanny if the police are right about their timeline?
I agree, they always seemed like a loving and relatively normal family. I hope the media allows them to grieve in peace. If and when the time comes that THEY want to talk about it in public, that should be their decision. Otherwise, this is truly a family matter. And what a horrible thing, I feel so sorry for them.

The Travoltas had the money to hire a professional caregiver but instead hire a wedding photographer that John is seen kissing..and people on this thread think there should be no questions about the timeline that is in dispute.

Last I heard John tried CPR on Jett until the medics arrived but Jett was still DOA. I can’t imagine their suffering. Sweet Jesus be with the Travolta family.
By all accounts, this child was raised in a loving and caring family -- by people who could have easily place him in an institution. Would that, in your minds, have been a better solution? Out of sight, out of mind?

Also, in many families everyone kisses a peck on the lips. When someone is considered a part of one of these families it’s considered no big deal. When I was 18 I would give my best friend a quick kiss upon leaving. It was no different than my giving a friend a kiss on the cheek now.
I heard it speculated that the boy may have had Cushings disease that caused the seizures. Whatever, the Travoltas deserve to have this time mourn in peace. The autopsy will tell the story. Speculation is cruel and unjust.
My grandmother used to have petite mal seizures, following being run down by a hit and run driver. It was very scary for me, as a kid.
