Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.

Okay, somebody please explain what’s going on with this. Which passport? What’s the legal opinion on a foreign adoption? Is it recognized? Does it affect U.S. citizenship status?
Live. Announced tonight
About two and a half hours ago, Ed Hale made a live announcement that the documents were being forwarded from Interpol through Scotland Yard. The Adoption papaers from Inodnesia are in hand (not Ed’s hand) and the passport records from 1981 are on the way. [Or maybe it is the other way ‘round, but one is in hand the other on the way.]
The value of the adoption papers is the birth location listed on the documents fabrciated in Indonesia when Barry was legally adopted by Lolo.
They also show that his name was legally changed to Soerto.

Apparently, it is the passport Obama used to go to Pakistan. It came from outside the US and has Obama’s signature. They did not announce which name he used on the document.
