P-E Obama is expected to announce his "Economic Team" today - Monday, and - hold on to your wallets - heavy spending plans to "boost" the sagging economy.
Meanwhile rumors swirl around the kind of deal he has struck with Hillary about the State Dept. job.
On all fronts...we shall see...

The snow came early this year. It did last year too; on Dec. 1 we had a huge storm. And it snowed....and snowed...and snowed...for the next 5 months. Even I got tired of it.

I'm not finding the good articles to link on the other side lately...at least not what I've been used to finding....
We are having a mixture of freezing snow/rain. I don't like that.
She reminds me so much of Snicky. Her mannerisms are almost identical...from the way she walks to her cute little smile.
Mr. Naughty treats her like he did Snicky, too.

My cat is running around like a fiend right now. He saw a squirrel outside, and that set him off!

I have a show to play for this morning & didn't even realize it until last night (it's a little musical play for children; we perform at elementary schools every Tuesday.) I knew we had a show this afternoon but I mis-read the schedule or got the dates mixed up or something....anyway, I just happened to come across the latest version of the schedule while I was going through some paperwork last night, and saw a show scheduled for this a.m.! So I called the director and sure enough, I have to be there.
I'm not usually this unorganized when it comes to my commitments but things have been really crazy lately. After today I have 5 days of sanity. Can't wait to get started on that.;-)
Sigh, I would MUCH rather sit here in my red plaid flannel nightie and visit with youse all, but alas I must go get ready for my show. I'll probably have to go to lunch with the cast in between shows also. I don't mean to sound anti-social but I'd much rather just be at home today. Oh well. Maybe we'll get into some heated discussion to keep things lively (being theater folk they are mostly all flaming libs.)
