Oh my gosh, YES! LOL It’s so easy—the only prob I have is retraining my Microsoft/Word wired brain! Remember that scene in LOTR where the company is outside the entrance to Moria? They have to solve the riddle, “Speak friend and enter” and the answer is friend? That’s how I feel with my Mac!

I hate cold weather! If I wanted cold and snow, I’d move North! LOL

If I ever moved, it would be SOUTH—I’m thinking palm trees and white sand beaches, a hammock and a hunky cabana boy. LOL

Dita, I had seen that along the line somewhere and I think its darling. Not a thing wrong with it. Once upon a time, we had to hang everything on a line outside. And any kind of critter could climb in and get warm....LOL!

Right on, girlfriend! Congrats on that new laptop and also that new nephew! Wonderful news. I need a new computer but don’t know when that’ll be. Suppose when this one just stops and won’t go any further!

...that song is on his Early Works album, and the first time I played the cd, I thought I wasn't going to like that song, but it's grown on me, and I love it now!

Yep, I have that album. I am finally finished putting everything back in my china cabinet and am listening to "Soul Thing" and trying to get a few pings answered.

I have company coming for Thanksgiving, which is, YIKES, a week from Thursday! So I couldn't put off the china cabinet thing much longer. LOL. It's nice to have it done. Now I can turn the light on inside it and enjoy my sparkly crystal for awhile. :-)

My puter was about to the point of no return, and I could have gotten a much cheaper laptop—and in a couple months—maybe a year—I’d be right back where I started. Besides—I hate word. I haven’t figured out all the tricks to this one yet, but I ordered some Macs for dummies books today. :)

My son, who is a computer expert, told me the Books for Dummies were great to learn from....don’t know from experience. When I was first learning years back, he helped me a lot but told me the Dummies Books would be good for me. I just never got them.....just depended on him.

My daughter is the pc expert!

Some of the books I got used on Amazon for about a dollar. Shipping and handling was about $4 each. I do better being shown, but I guess I need to learn to fly sometime! LOL
