We already know that Obama is not QUALIFIED to be the President, we now know that he is not ELIGIBLE to be President under American law.

This is a great comment to a post over at Michelle Malkin’s blog:

As aformentioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. Cizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.

*** Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President. *** Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. Citzen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16. Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the country for some time to protect any citizenship he would have had, rather than living in Indonesia. Now you can see why Obama’s aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S. Election law. I think the Gov. Of California would be very insterested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. Citizen, and it would set precedence. Stay tuned to your TV sets because I suspect some of this information will be leaking through over the next several days…

Let’s ask the real questions that his birth certificate could raise.

Is “Mohammed” on the form as one of his middle names?

Is “white” on the form as his race?

Is “Muslim” on there as his religion?

If these are the real questions, then the issue of where he was born is just a smokescreen for a fishing expedition for something that may or may not be embarassing to Obama.

While Presidential politics is hardball, you don’t have to resort to gutter tactics to play that way. Just keep asking to see all of his vital data.

Did John Kerry ever release his form 180? No. And the fact that he wouldn’t release it hurt him almost as bad as anything that might have been on it.

Same with Obama. Ask him to present his birth certificate. Not because of any weird conspiracies about him being spirited away from Kenya to Hawaii, but just because as a potential President, those forms should have public scrutiny.

(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years: Provided, That any periods of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or periods of employment with the United States Government or with an international organization as that term is defined in section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (59 Stat. 669; 22 U.S.C. 288) by such citizen parent, or any periods during which such citizen parent is physically present abroad as the dependent unmarried son or daughter and a member of the household of a person (A) honorably serving with the Armed Forces of the United States, or (B) employed by the United States Government or an international organization as defined in section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act, may be included in order to satisfy the physical-presence requirement of this paragraph. I think the issue about him not releasing his birth certificate had to do with either his being born in Kenya - or - once upon a time religion was listed on birth certificates.

Now that would be strange as the Obama people who could afford trans-world airfare in the ‘60s could probably afford a hospital vs. a home birth in Hawaii.

I have no idea, we haven’t seen it. But it is unlikely to be missing a physician’s signature, as that is a required witness for a “live birth” at a hospital.

That seems to be the question. If the law has this alleged “10 - 5” provision, and I am not saying it does, but if it does, then the issue may not be as settled as you seem to think it is. I think I will reserve my opinion until there is more information.

Anyway, it was a cover on the part of Obama to yell so loud, because the break-in was done by his side. Immediately as they were trapped, Condoleezza Rice put the kabash on it, the lid on it, and after that complete SILENCE.

Then there was the faux McCain citizenship rah, rah, and recall the no other than Obama expressed support for it first, and then co-authored the totally unnecessary bill in the Senate to “make McCain” legitimate. This was all hooey.

What the media, and us, need to vigorously pursue is the results of Passportgate, number one, not only getting a copy of the birth certificate, but what the findings are of the break in.

Also, there’s more to this story regarding a bunch of trips that Obama’s mother undertook from Hawaii to the Philippines when he was little, and why. It also has something to do with birth, citizenship, clarification of the entire record.

Hillary is waiting in the wings. Get ready for Hillary/McCain. Don’t think for a second that the media and Hillary didn’t know this, and please don’t accept that the conservatives are doing dirty work here. It was all started by the Obama camp to retrieve whatever it is that they are covering up.”

Whatever is going on, be sure that SOMETHING IS going on otherwise Obama would have produced his birth certificate by now.

Obama should release his birth certificate before the speculation is spread further by Hillary’s ‘justsaynodeal’ blogs which are numbered in the 20s, and are attracting MSM attention with every passing day. They have picked up on this story.

Let’s try a conspiracy theory on why Barack Hussein Obama can’t/won’t release his birth certificate and why Hillary merely “suspended” not ended her campaign:

Let’s assume Clinton knows the truth about this little birth certificate snafu, and let’s assume he isn’t an American citizen. Why didn’t she use it?

Perhaps because that would have looked mean-spirited and underhanded. We know that’s how the Democrat party works - everything has to look fair and nice (even if it isn’t, it still has to look that way). And, probably more importantly, it would look like an 11th hour dirty trick that stole the nomination away from Obama, thus completely alienating a critical core Democrat constituency: blacks.

So, how could she use this information to her advantage while still pulling the black vote back to her (voluntarily)? She could swallow her pride and do the concession thing to make it look like she had the best interests of the party at heart while simultaneously leaking the information to someone else to make it public.

Now, if it is proven that Obama can’t become President, Obama is out and the black vote can’t accuse her of stealing the nomination from Obama. She can graciously take up the mantle while fully expecting Obama’s endorsement (because, after all, turnabout is fair play, right?). Voila! It kills two birds with one stone…
