Was his mother a natural born citizen? If yes, then Barak Obama is a natural born citizen.
Period.
That seems to be the question. If the law has this alleged “10 - 5” provision, and I am not saying it does, but if it does, then the issue may not be as settled as you seem to think it is. I think I will reserve my opinion until there is more information.
