We already know that Obama is not QUALIFIED to be the President, we now know that he is not ELIGIBLE to be President under American law.

Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.

Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the country for some time to protect any citizenship he would have had, rather than living in Indonesia. Now you can see why Obama’s aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S. Election law. I think the Gov. Of California would be very insterested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. Citizen, and it would set precedence. Stay tuned to your TV sets because I suspect some of this information will be leaking through over the next several days…

AFAIK, Mom never went to Kenya or had any contact with the in-laws. She was a college student in HI, met and married a Kenyan and gave birth to a child there.
Even if both of his parents had been foreign citizens, under current interpretations of the constitution he would be a native-born citizen since he was born on America soil.
If he'd been born overseas, he would be a native-born citizen based on his mother's status.

I drove an Amero once. Got 51 mpg in a certain area, but it produced such awful chemtrails that I had to cover my mouth with a piece of paper on the front seat. It unfortunately was Barak Hussein Mohammed Hitler Stalin Obama’s birth certificate that showed he was actually born in Portugal in 1821 to Carmen Miranda and Pierce Brosnan, which would have proved he was ineligible to be President. Nurture this candidate in an atmosphere of anti-white American teaching and surround him with Islamic teachers. Is it mere coincidence that an anti-capitalist run for President at the same time Islamic sharia finance and law is trying to make advancing strides into the United States ? Is it mere coincidence this same candidate wants to dis-arm our nuclear capability at a time when terrorist Muslim nations are expanding their nuclear weapons capability? Is it mere coincidence this candidate wants to reduce our military at a time of global jihad from Muslim nations?
Change for America ? What change? To become another ‘nation of Islam’?

I have doubts.
There _would be_ absolutely no doubt - IF he chose to make public the essential document that would unquestionably prove this to be so - his birth certificate.
He refuses to do just that, after several requests have been made for him to release it (note: the state of Hawaii does not release birth certificates to the public without the consent of the person _on_ the certificate).
WHY?
What could possibly be on it so embarassing to him? Or so revealing?
Obama is not responsible if the birth certificate reads “white” as his race. He could not control what someone else put in that category at birth.

It can’t possbily be either of these that he is afraid of. It is something else.
Questions:
1. Is it possible that the date of issuance of the certifcate does not coincide with the date of birth?
2. If so, by how many days?
3. Does the signature of the physician attending the birth appear on the certificate?
4. If not, why?
5. As improbable as it may seem, could it be that there is no birth certificate at all - and that that is the reason he hasn’t “released” it to the public?
