I started to Fr.mail you but figured if you left the thread you had stuff to do. I didn’t accomplish much and needed to.
Starting Monday I am gonna do better!
Usually my naps don’t bother my night-time sleep. I take about 1 hour to 1-1/2 hour naps.
Love the kitty cat! Love ‘em all!
F.R. was giving me trouble a bit ago. Couldn’t get around on it so I just left a little while and then it worked. I am very tired tonight!

I hardly ever take a nap. (Of course that does not mean I don’t ‘rest my eyes’ every so often!)
LOL!

Dear Amy, I'm just Catching Up on the Thread, and am So Sorry you had Car Trouble Yesterday! I'm Thankful to our Lord that it Happened at the Store, and not Out in the Middle of the Country. Hopefully you have been Able to Rest Today. (((((Hugs))))), my Sweet FRiend!
Dear Polly, I just Read that it was 111 Degrees at your House and that you have No Air Conditioning; Please be Careful, my FRiend, and Stay as Comfortable as Possible, and Drink a Lot of Fluids; these Summer Temperatures are Awful.

But I ask again, why do birds sing? Because their Creator put a song in their hearts. Each bird is "heaven's high and holy muse," said John Donne, created to draw our hearts up to our Creator. They are reminders that He has given us a song that we may sing His praise. So when you hear God's little hymn-birds singing their hearts out, remember to sing your own song of salvation. Lift up your voice; harmonious, hoarse, or harsh; and join with them in praise to our Creator, Redeemer, and Lord.
Today's Devotional was Wonderful, your Honor. Thank you for the Blessing!

Oh I am trying hard to beat this heat, but today it about got the best of me. It was some cooler here but it never really cooled down inside last night, so the house just kindof.." smoltered" all day! sigh... Polly

Polly , I hope you and your family are keeping hydrated in that kind of heat. The body sweats out a massive amount of moisture - and dehydration is a given with out lots of water.
It was 115 in Phoenix today - and my heart goes out to those without air-conditioning.
How did they do it, crossing the dessert in the middle of summer? OMG, I dread even thinking about it!

Hi, Polly, Yorkie and everyone. I’m about to turn in.
It was definitely a scorcher today and it’s true, without air conditioning... the heat stays inside overnight. That’s why people used to sleep outside on summer nights before the age of A/C.
Too bad, now we’re scared to.
To: yorkie
Yorkie, just noticed your tagline... it’s great!!
To: La Enchiladita
Thank you, ‘Dita!
I got it in email from one of my best friends two days ago, and just had to share it!

‘Dita - I hope you sleep comfortabally! This heat is setting records everywhere.....
If the word "comfortabally" looks strange, you aren't the only one - but, spell check said it was right.
Sleep well my FRiend.
