Can you believe it’s nearly 7 PM here, and the temperature is 71 degrees? This is unusual for this time of year, but I don’t believe it’s global warming! Hope you get warm!
Well, it’s about 30 here in Upstate NY. So enjoy!!
I just read that at The Nassau Guardian. I can’t believe that they didn’t check to see if Howard was gone from approximately 2-4 am. They don’t seem to be very good at investigating.
Anyways, I went to google news and plugged in Bahamas. The inquest will resume on January 28th.
They're trying to get Larry and Kapoor to testify. Is there any chance that Kapoor could get arrested if he arrived on Bahama soil? And why hasn't Howard been arrested for possession of Methadone?
And why aren't they requesting KE to testify?
So, there were no bullet holes or dents on his head from a lamp base. Duh..
This is an unusual overdose case. We have a kid overdosing on a drug which is illegal in the Bahamas....but he wasn't a druggie.
And we have a druggie overdosing on an obsolete drug which is no longer tested during an autopsy and which cannot be overcome by the drugs given to counter an overdose.
I believe pills can be batch tested. If the pills in Howard's match any that were found (or supposedly found) in Danny's possession, then we're unto something.
It seems no one is doing CSI work on the surroundings...testing the glasses, the food plates etc and they're concentrated on "when did he take them" not where did they come from.
They took blood from Anna at 5:30 am. Hope they saved it because I think Howard gave her something to make sure she stayed asleep.
These reporters play games. They merge old stuff with new stuff. Be careful. Look for direct quotes.
No evidence of homicide? The drugs did not just float into Daniel’s body.

The above is a story about his excuse for not being one of the most fascinating people of this year.
IMO.
I remember when my brother in law drowned. He was flown home and the police chief, who was a friend of the family, personally, visually examined the body.
What's interesting is that Larry made a request to be put on the inquest list and it now looks like he will cop out. However, his testimony would be worthless anyways. He simply was not present or privy to recent info on Anna and/or Daniel...except what was in the press.
Maybe detective Frederick Taylor didn't check the video footage, but I would bet a large sum of money that somebody did. And altered it.
That's cute!
Ok, I was trying to check out the dates that Daniel reportedly got sick and went to the hospital and compare that to when he talked to the P.I. Harding. It's all about the same time but I haven't been able to pinpoint dates yet.
Anybody know?
What I'm speculating on is that maybe Howard visited Daniel before both onsets of illnesses and maybe had a hand in it. Maybe that's what sent Daniel to the P.I.
"According to Daniel’s medical records obtained by Bahamian police, Smith entered the intensive care unit of a California hospital in July of 2006, when he was treated for an “impaired mental status” that cited “the misuse of valium,” a powerful tranquilizer often prescribed for anxiety, as a factor.'"
I'm wondering if Daniel ended up in the hospital after a visit from Howie and once the doctors found out there was a problem with "misuse of valium" if Daniel didn't put two and two together and realize that Howie was doping him?
These are my own opinions and speculations except for the quote. *Always have to cover for sue happy people.*
Thanks! I wondered where it came from. I don’t go to artharris’s site usually. Hmmm, thinking of his site makes me want to go run my antivirus and anti spyware programs.
