OMG! On another board on an old thread, someone called Howard Dr. Howie FrankinStern! rofl

That's cute!

Ok, I was trying to check out the dates that Daniel reportedly got sick and went to the hospital and compare that to when he talked to the P.I. Harding. It's all about the same time but I haven't been able to pinpoint dates yet.

Anybody know?

What I'm speculating on is that maybe Howard visited Daniel before both onsets of illnesses and maybe had a hand in it. Maybe that's what sent Daniel to the P.I.

"According to Daniel’s medical records obtained by Bahamian police, Smith entered the intensive care unit of a California hospital in July of 2006, when he was treated for an “impaired mental status” that cited “the misuse of valium,” a powerful tranquilizer often prescribed for anxiety, as a factor.'"

I'm wondering if Daniel ended up in the hospital after a visit from Howie and once the doctors found out there was a problem with "misuse of valium" if Daniel didn't put two and two together and realize that Howie was doping him?

These are my own opinions and speculations except for the quote. *Always have to cover for sue happy people.*

I watched the P.I. Harding recording last night. He told of how he came to meet Daniel - don't know if he gave dates. Will look at it again tonight and be back tomorrow. God willing.
