Sep 9th ‘06 - from Eroshevich: I saw Daniel before he left on the trip and he did tell me that he was on one anti- depressant so when I heard that there were other medicines there was no reason in my mind to be prescribed all those medicines. He didn’t want to make the trip. He didn’t like to fly. He had an upset stomach. He didn’t feel good.
There had to be a tip-off to the chloral hydrate. I'm guessing they ran a prescription search on KE and Kapoor way back when and found it....and she got called in to do some "splain'n".
The "Queen Bee" bit which KE obviously passed to Perper and the fact that she WAS NOT in Florida when Anna died...gave KE the out to say: "She must have been sneaking around and taking more than usual. Anna was like that".
I think the term is "undue influence" as far as Perper's call goes. Doesn't matter. It's only his opinion and unless it's challenged, it stays in tact.
Howard said the first thing he did was check Daniel’s chaortic (sp) artery. Any “it doesn’t look good” goes out the window. He knew absolutely that Daniel was dead.
I’ll be looking forward to hearing Martino and if he confirms the “prescription” meds Danny was taking and that he was feeling sick when he left.
i agree. muscle relaxers, tylenol 3, advil, pelvic exercises is more like it for nonspecific intermittent lower back pain. (usually related to posture) i don’t believe for a minute that Daniel had a legitimate script, and i doubt he’d cross state lines to fill a script - this is not to say, that a script may not have been filled in his name he was not aware of - if we have a case of premeditation and all, you know lol - i think monroe is blowing pink elephants out his...nose.
I was unaware of this, but glad to hear it. I'm sorry about the death of Larry's father, but, hopefully, if his family tries intervention again, his grief will make him a more willing participant.
I don't know if I believe he (LB) is being 'duped' by HKS, or if he is a 'party' to all the manipulations and devious acts being perpetrated by HKS toward Virgie. I can't understand why others can't see the obvious evilness of HKS!
Jewell should have taken the money he had and run and someone should tell him about attorneys.
By the way...The “leak” that Richard Jewell was a suspect came from Janet Reno’s Office. As usual, she apologized and went back to her “pawn” position on the chess board.
only two people could be looked to for daniels’ death - anna, the holder of the rx for liquid methadone, and howard, the dispenser of rx’s and enemy of Daniel, according to Daniel. Both Anna and Howie have said they knew nothing about any rx for methadone pills for daniel, according to printed statements at the time; Wecht said he did not know the origin of the methadone. - if monroe is now saying hks knew about a rx, then somebody’s fibbing. In fact, at the time, I recall that monroe made a distinction between Daniel dying from ‘pills’ and Anna being prescribed ‘liquid’.
yes, the fridge pic was after anna’s death, but from ford shelley statements, howard told him it was in the fridge the day of daniel’s death:
police report obtained by PEOPLE: The report also recounts Shelley saying that he saw Stern remove a brown pouch from under the mattress in the master bedroom, after which Stern explained, “He had to keep the pouch out of Anna’s reach.” According to Shelley, Stern added, “Methadone is also kept in the fridge in Anna’s room.”
Shelley has elaborated on the story, explaining that when moving Anna’s mattress into another room (broken air conditioner), the bag-o-drugs fell out as they lifted the mattress, with Stern telling Ford’s wife to put it ‘in a secure place’ (imow)
imo, if the methadone was ‘flushed’ from anna’s system, then the only person to point a finger at would be howie baby - keeper of bag-o-drugs, enemy of Daniel. and as howie said less than a week before anna died, he wasn’t about to take the fall. If a deal was struck between LB and HKS prior to Anna’s death, it would be in both’s best interest for methadone to be found in anna’s system, dead or alive. HKS was not Anna’s friend. imo
Must’ve been the ATL Journal-Constitution - they actually forced Leroy’s hand and fought back. His own hometown paper, no less.
Also, looks like Shane Gibson and wife were both in the room when the cops arrived.
Also, they're say one of the pills in Howard's bed was methadone.
I can sure think of a lot of reasons why Howard didn't want to give up his DNA.

I reviewed my DVRs last night and have lost the Greta interview of Taz, though I remember a lot of it, and her demeanor. I still have Moe's first interview and he was IMHO covering for Stern. In a later one, he said his wife told him not to put Anna in ice water.
From what I printed out yesterday, there was one article that said the full autopsy report would not be revealed. !!! No stomach contents. I don't see how that can be.
I'm going to print this FR page to read in a place where it's warmer. Posts are interesting, but my hands are freezing.
Arrrgh - I have lots to say, but the kitchen needs my attention for quite a while - then I’ll come back to make some comments.

Oh, before I forget, when reading elsewhere I saw that hospitals in California ask patients in admissions whether they have any relatives in Texas!
