Hey, thanks! *hugs back* This isn’t “tired” - I’m used to that. This is “sleepy” - head-drooping sleepy. I’ve been living with extreme stress for 4 years now, but this is different.

And lol, about taking a walk. I *can’t* walk - I can’t *breathe.* And going outside is more stressful than most anything I do. I live in a hellhole, with hostile neighbors, and no longer have a car, because after I sold mine to try to placate a meanie, I’ve lived on a monthly amount between $100 and $150 because I became too sick to work and have to live off a tiny amount of investment income I hung on to when “charitable” and “welfare-type” services wanted to take it away.

It’s not enough to save up for a car or for the other two major expenditures I have on my agenda (health-related). I’ve been caught between a rock and a hard place for a long time now. This sleepy thing is new this week from the new med. I also feel like my body is trying to turn itself inside out.

Rte, it sounds like your bp medication may be dropping your bp too low. When I first went on meds, the same thing happened, so I asked my doctor if I could cut the pill in half and take half in the A.M. and half in the P.M. - a friend had told me she did this. He okayed it and it worked much better for me until he changed my medication and added a Beta blocker. That really knocked me for a loop, so last month he told me to take the bp in the A.M. and the Beta Blocker at night, and that's working well for me.

Yes, she does. Shortly after ANS's death, Dr. Baden stated or left the impression that the death would lead to manslaughter charges at the least.

Somebody was discussing - I forgot where, seems it was in regards to Copperfield's rape charges - that there is a US Long Arm Statute that might be applied in a crime involving American citizens in a foreign country. I am not familiar with it - possibly too much of a stretch to apply it in Daniel's case.

Here the "Theory of Improbability" or "Doctrine of Chances" should have raised red flags as it did in the Drew Peterson case. In ANS's case it is much more obvious.

The events prior to and after Danny’s and Anna’s deaths reads like a xerox copy...even to Anna being helped to the bathroom approx. 2 1/2 - 3 hours prior to death and/or discovery.

I think one of the gotcha's is gonna be Howard's testimony in court that Anna hadn't used Methadone in the last 5 months. The early autopsy report didn't show it. He thought he was "ABSOLUTELY SAFE" with his answer.

And of course there was "THE METHADONE IN THE FRIDGE" which probably has Howard's fingerprints all over it...despite him saying it was a plant (via his attorney).

Add Bahama Law regarding Methadone

Moe and Taz fessing up and Moe saying he's been harrassed by Howard and Wood. (Include also Taz a "no show" for her second Greta interview.)

After you all brought up the drugs found in her system, I went back and read through the autopsy, particularly the section from the specialist who analyzed the TCE TCA concentrations. He said that she was taking CH for a “couple of days” and that rather than an “overdose” she showed signs of overdose due to the long half life of TCE (half a day). So the more she was given over a couple of days, the more her body couldn’t recover and with the multiple anti-anxiety drugs, the soma, robaxin muscle relaxants, etc. it all led to respiratory collapse.

Now the vomit in the sink always puzzled me. But the autopsy says that CH on an empty stomach causes nausea and vomiting. Think—maybe Daniel also vomited all over his pants and that’s why he was half dressed. And why Anna was naked. Easier to strip off the clothing and dispose of them later. The fact that we do not know the TCE/TCA concentration in Daniel’s organs is significant, although we really only know what Wecht told us.

Back to Anna: you have shown that once again there is documentation that Anna regarded LB as a huge threat to her baby. That f****t is after my baby and wasn’t even interested before, she says. It was LB driving the last part of her life: he forced her to race to the Bahamas, he forced her to have a DNA test per the Calif. judge, he was telling stories of her drug addiction to the press. Anna says,,”he wants to make a name for himself off of me” and that is exactly what he did. Plus he got a baby, and money, and a house.

It is LB getting the baby that would make Anna roll over in her grave, not Virgie. All that mommie dearest stuff was a mood produced by HKS for full effect. The reason HKS was adamant that VA not get the baby is that is would ruin his control, it had nothing to do with Anna. Anna probably would have preferred her mom, whom she chose for Daniel, then the one person who drove the events that led ultimately to hers and Daniel’s deaths.

All we heard was everyone around Anna were "friends" and the next thing we knew.....Kapoor's photo was in our face.

The order always bothered me. It had to be Howard who supplied the Kapoor picture....or Larry to the media.

Here is every “911” reference in ANY of Perper’s reports. None say she was told to call 911 herself. So no, my answer isn’t there. (shrug). Are you biting on Perper’s little tricks? “have 911 call for transport” is not telling anna to call herself by any stretch and that is the only “trick” I see.

• Upon arrival to room, temperature of 105 degrees; refused to go to hospital or let friends call 911

• About 1:00 PM the nurse called Big Mo to have him call 911 when Anna was found unresponsive
•Miss Smith went to bed. Her temperature was 105 degrees and friends wanted to call 911 for transportation to a hospital Emergency Room but she firmly refused.

There are no lab reports. Do you mean Perper’s Toxicology reports? Those are his tables not addendum’s directly from a lab. Wish we had the labs!

I agree with you Trisha, no one is clean.

I don’t think people forget for a moment. I think you must mean some ‘other’ boards. Those are more involved in some odd game I don’t understand. It has nothing to do with these deaths. If this case was solved, they would move on to ‘play’ fight a new one.

I’m forever aware that no matter what, the bottom line is two dead bodies. It isn’t logical to say .. look, there’s a thief.. while stepping over two dead bodies is how I look at it. Arguing a ‘thief’ is a moot point to me. Minor by comparison to murder. That is Howard’s game, divert attention. Some feed it, some don’t but that is the style of the fighting boards. Any little thing to fight.

I think that is what makes FReepers so special and different compared to dueling poster sites. They are mostly comprised of immature negatives always looking for trouble. One line nonsense, childish high schoolish games. You don’t see much of that here. Almost everyone here is willing to do homework! You see more research, sharing and a common bond to find the truth in the case.

In my view, Moe, Taz, KE, HKS, Shelly.. all liars. I go from that starting point. I can’t say I’m not glad we got what we did from a few of those liars myself. Pictures don’t lie so you could say I over look how the clown video was obtained for instance. I can’t prove ANS didn’t tell him to take her things. I doubt she did, but that isn’t ‘fact’ just a guess. Either way.. the benefit of seeing that tape for the truth is worth more than the error if it occurred is how I weigh it. Sometimes when dealing with evil on earth, we have to look past a few lesser errors. I know if it was my loved ones killed, I could care less how he got that damn tape! And I bet there isn’t one HONEST person, if it was their loved ones suddenly dead, would care how that tape was obtained either.

I don’t know if we will ever know what happened. I know a thousand eyes looking can’t hurt and maybe, just maybe, God willing, will one day help. I know one thing for sure.. it isn’t about Virgie! Whatever flaws she may have, (we all have them) she wasn’t near the murders and she didn’t push drugs.

I know enough ‘facts’ to be confident that innocence doesn’t live anywhere near those two dead bodies.

At least we are able to track and prove their lies. We can glean information from things they have withheld, hold their feet to the fire on the lies they tell, etc. Can we know the whole truth? No, of course not. But we can find pieces to the puzzle. Will it solve two murders, probably not. However, being able to see and document truth vs lies is valuable to me. Beats the old days of nothing but their slippery tongues, or a two minute TV blip.

For those that have the time, why not? If we learn a little along the way (I always do), if someone gets a moments distraction from pain, if friendships grow.. then at least some good comes from it.

Larry has a lot to hide. I think this silence spell is more calculated though. He wants to be a witness in the Bahamas. My guess is howie and team told him to shut up until after the inquest. Couple advantages they would see to doing this. He can’t screw up like he usually does and ruin something and.. no press makes him more believable instead of looking like a media whore. (their thinking not everyone’s lol )

I believe LinWood will run true to form and run one lawsuit at a time. First howie’s then Larry’s. Slander has a year or two IIRC. He has the time. It would be stupid to run them at the same time. IF Rita’s falls on it’s face, the discovery and result of that would be a huge help to Larry’s. Why ‘risk’ a case now when later could be better?

OR.. he is indeed gay and can’t get his entire past bought off. Byron, Justin, Kerrick, some news guy .. that is a lot of checks to write. :)

Another site that I visit with online sleuthing took down a diet scam. This woman was saying that she lost 200 lbs in one year and was giving out advice and eventually started her own site and charged ppl for the info. She had fake before and afters and when ppl questioned her she started banning folks. She is now being sued and has been featured on a local news program in CA and the Mike and Juliet show. We tracked down the before and after pics she was using from russian bride sites. I spent so much time looking I almost ordered one for myself. I know online sleuthing can lead to being held accountable. It’s just frustrating for me how the authorities botched the investigation and how the press has handled this. Rita really could have done a bang up job but I get the feeling she was going against a deadline.

If this ever goes to trial then you can believe that the defense will do all they can to impeach any testimony from the “circus”. I have no respect for any of them.

In fact, since the passing of his partner (and only client) in February, the attorney says he is having trouble making ends meet. “I am in debt and basically broke,” Stern, 38, tells Us. “There’s this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna’s death. It couldn’t be further from the truth.”

Stern has filed a $60 million libel suit against author Rita Cosby for alleging in a book that he engaged in homosexual acts with the father of Anna’s baby Dannielynne, Larry Birkhead. But due to “juggling” more than a dozen other lawsuits, Stern says he owes his parents “hundreds of thousands of dollars.”

Crimes are solved by "thinking out loud" and "following the footsteps". It's methodical.

I'm watching this Peterson Case unfold. I saw the husband talking. As long as he can maintain his "cop" composure, he's okay....in fact...he's too okay...too non chalant.

I have to believe what sustains him is....prove it.

The laws of evidence are on his side....and some time has passed so retracing his footsteps is VERY difficult. As a cop...his footsteps gave him an "in" to everything that was going on. The "hidden footsteps" might just come from a cop buddy.

How could KE lance an abscess that couldn’t be seen until a pathologist dissected her entire rear end layer by layer? This was not a surface problem.

She was loaded with cysts to top it off. Her butt, her thighs. Why does he keep saying abscesses (plural) then pushes only ONE?

They can’t prove any bacteria infection, they can’t prove any REAL illness even after dissecting every tissue in her body but we are worried about one cyst out of many? She didn’t die from a cyst or whatever Perper chooses to deflect from a drug killing.

She died from HOWARD’s drugs supplied by KE’s lethal hand. Other than a few liars, there is no evidence anna was even sick! No evidence she ever had a fever! No evidence she was anything except POISONED by KE and HKS.

Perper saw her computers, emails. Show me ONE email of Anna saying, Oh I am so sick. She was so ‘sick’ she went to dance class! Even Mrs Gibson never said she was sick! Where is the instructor to tell us .. oh ya... she was sick as a dog, puking and pooping all over the place. Where is the retarded pilot that can’t fly a plane correctly. Where is anyone that works at the airport to say they saw anna in poor shape before KE and HKS isolated her into that limo in FL?

Mostly, where is this mysterious “flu” Perper can’t find and a mysterious “virus” they can’t prove? It’s in Howie’s head that’s where! Maybe Perper should crack that open and run a few tests?
