Yes, she does. Shortly after ANS's death, Dr. Baden stated or left the impression that the death would lead to manslaughter charges at the least.

Somebody was discussing - I forgot where, seems it was in regards to Copperfield's rape charges - that there is a US Long Arm Statute that might be applied in a crime involving American citizens in a foreign country. I am not familiar with it - possibly too much of a stretch to apply it in Daniel's case.

Here the "Theory of Improbability" or "Doctrine of Chances" should have raised red flags as it did in the Drew Peterson case. In ANS's case it is much more obvious.

The events prior to and after Danny’s and Anna’s deaths reads like a xerox copy...even to Anna being helped to the bathroom approx. 2 1/2 - 3 hours prior to death and/or discovery.
