She was frigg’n sick when she left the Bahamas. This so called flu had been on going. She was now on the chloral hydrate and a new, full supply of drugs had arrived. It was now or never.

I think it was shelly’s plane myself. I don’t think it was a commercial flight. There is no commerical flight that accidently lands in the wrong airport and still have a job without headlines.
For sure. Wondered if KE took a commercial flight to Ca?? And why didn’t Howard take her to the airport? Or Moe?
We don’t know she had one ice bath for sure. The story comes from liars and changes. I don’t see Anna going to dance classes with 105 fever. She would have canceled.
The meds were suddenly switched from her norm in January. I think it was planned all along to kill her following Daniel. After the fiasco with the fax, they changed meds is my guess. Didn’t want it said the warned killer list was used.

could it be because he was such a liar it was hard to listen to him? Anna never did drugs.. geesh. That pushed Seidlin over the top and on that one, I can’t say I blame him! Good lord even stern and larry had already admitted to drug problems.
How did Perper need their help with the CH?
I was right there, cataloged with the rest of the drugs.
An ME sees that list and doesn’t test for CH? Why the double H is that? Why was he so vested in this being an accident? Why not ‘undetermined’? Why so many errors and contradicitons of his own?
Bingo. Anna was lazy. There is no way with the flu and fever she would show up for anything. The fact they couldn’t get a dang thing to show up in her autospy is because she was never sick! She was being poisoned with drugs! Take this anna. Anna would take whatever the ‘trusted’ hands dished out. Kept her drugged up until the the time was running out. Had to leave tomorrow. Perfect time with Taz and Brigette to babysit and HKS to make sure he was not around. It was the boat appt time that was always going to be the death day imo.
I will never buy she was sick. Certainly not for days. It fails to show up in her autopsy. If she had been that sick for five plus days.. it would be there and it isn’t. All we have is irritations. Poisoning someone with CH is very irritating!

I don't think she's lurked here, yet. Maybe she's a little afraid of reading anything hurtful, unkind, and doesn't think I can take care of myself. Little does she know ... :)

I totally agree, Perper avoided the location! I can see taz doing this or even not seeing it, but .. Perper’s own reports claim it was in the hotel room. Why avoid where it was???

Why didn’t he check the feces for CH since it is common to show there?
If it was indeed in the room, why wasn’t it checked for immediately? Why did he delay for ‘clinical info’?
If not in the room, why lie and add it to the list?

the morning of the funeral, Billy was desperately trying to have Daniel exhumed (before Anna was plopped on top of him insted of beside him). The Bahama court told him, exhumation was out of the question until after the inquest.
imo, it was planned to plop Anna on top of Daniel, so that it would hamper any future exhumation - that is, to exhume Daniel now, would take an exhumation of Anna - another excuse/setup for extended and protracted legal wrangling.
I've read and heard this from other sources too, and, if true, it makes HKS' and KE's excuse for not taking AN to the hospital reek of dishonesty. I had experience with two hypochondriacs and both of them went to the doctor often. You could suggest to either of them that you felt real bad, and within a short time, each of them would be going to the doctor with the symptons that had been described to them. Once after I had serious surgery, I refused to tell one of them anything about it because I knew she would "have" it. All she knew was that I had diverticulitis, and she told my mother that she believed she had the same thing I did. She checked herself into the hospital for tests to see if she had it. It was sad because sometimes she was really sick and the doctor wasn't always sure, so they had to check her out. I don't believe ANS would have refused to go to the hospital it she was sick!
I looked up the definition of hypochondriac, and thought this statement in the Wikipedia dictionary interesting:

We now know that Taz told Moe "No Ice Bath" on the phone and Anna could be heard saying: No, no...to the ice bath".
So, now the question is: Did Moe actually hear Anna say it or is it what Howard AND KE told Moe to say. That absess was "full" when Perper examined it. It had to hurt like hell.

sure they do - she was LA from 90 - major was broadcast media - still plays volleyball to this day - don’t tell me she didn’t hear of, know about, anna who’s Guess pics were plastered all over downtown LA.. as was Anna’s romance with JHM - why was Anna on a beach in a wheelchair? mebe to watch a game?? lolol
they met at a day spa - wasn’t there a day spa in Arizona?
Ron Rale says he remembers her...rale was what? 98? oh, but Rale also has said he didnt’ know all of her friends either, that he wasn’t ‘that’ (imow) close. (i guess his answer depends on whether he’s attacking Jackie’s credibility, or preserving his own as ‘co-executor’. ha!)
I don’t believe a word of Lb’s bedtime story about jackie or virgie ‘never any phone’ ‘never called’ (Imow) - how the hell would he know? was he checking her cellphone bill on the sly? (of course he does slip and tell us that Vicki wanted to call her mom when she found out she was pregnant) what a ‘jethro!’

Have you seen anything about LB suing Rita Cosby yet? I haven't, and I think there is some reason he hasn't and some reason he's off the radar now and not running his mouth like he usually does.
