Wasn't KE listed as a psychiatrist and a surgeon? If she is a surgeon, then it seems like an act of negligence on her part not to have lanced that abcess and treated it with an antibiotic. Wonder if Virgie could sue her for malpractice for failure to treat her daughter in a proper manner?

Have you seen anything about LB suing Rita Cosby yet? I haven't, and I think there is some reason he hasn't and some reason he's off the radar now and not running his mouth like he usually does.

Yes, psychiatrists have to have a medical degree. She graduated from the Ohio State University medical school. IIRC somebody said also has a Ph.D. Since she also prescribed drugs, IMO she could be sued for malpractice.

I am wondering the same thing about Larry Birkhead. He said he was going to sue the pants off Rita Cosby. Have not heard anything more about his lawsuit.

There is nothing to indicate KE was a surgeon.
No such specialty is listed on her license.

All it means in Florida data base is that the CATEGORY pertains to both Surgeons and Medical doctors. In other words, lumped under one category instead of each having their own database for public search.

Look up any FL surgeon, you will see them in the same data base, except, their specialty, surgery .. residency, certifications, Amercian board of Surgeons etc are listed under specialty certs.
Try Doc Charles Eaton .. surgeon with a discipline file :O
