I am wondering the same thing about Larry Birkhead. He said he was going to sue the pants off Rita Cosby. Have not heard anything more about his lawsuit.

There is nothing to indicate KE was a surgeon.
No such specialty is listed on her license.
All it means in Florida data base is that the CATEGORY pertains to both Surgeons and Medical doctors. In other words, lumped under one category instead of each having their own database for public search.
Look up any FL surgeon, you will see them in the same data base, except, their specialty, surgery .. residency, certifications, Amercian board of Surgeons etc are listed under specialty certs.
Try Doc Charles Eaton .. surgeon with a discipline file :O

Where was anna told to call 911? I have never seen that. Every statement and the reports indicate repeatedly her “friends” claim they wanted her to go to the hospital and she categorically refused.
I have never seen Moe say no one was encouraging her either. Quite the opposite. They put all the blame, even ‘taking her’ on ANS refusing to go. “would not let them take her” is not 911. There are other options, drive her there or call a private ambulance too. Stern’s press release blah blah media frenzy excuse .. one size fits all excuse.

Nancy Grace is a phony, liar, fabricator herself so why not use the fabricator, liar Perper? Isn’t that how liars work, support each other, like Rale and HKS?
The implication is huge!!
First, it means she was on the methadone while she was pregnant.
Second, in being explicit to 5 months: It is the time period almost to the day between her death and Danny's death and sets Anna up as the person who caused...even accidently...Daniel's death.
Have now said that SOMEWHERE, Howard has a tape where Anna says she gave meds to Danny when he helped her to the bathroom. That's what Howard had over her. She agreed to that to protect Howard so SHE wouldn't go to jail. That tape would be good until Anna died...days before the inquest.
Given all the tapes that Howard made, Anna could at the same time hold it over Howard....Like...Are you sure, really sure...that I'm gonna say what you want me to say in court Howard? I know I didn't give Danny anything. You were the one passing him the drinks and food.
When / Where did anna tell Shelly “exactly where” the clown video was? He took a lot of her things. The clown video was a lucky find among them. Anna and technology.. somehow I don’t see anna knowing a thing about how to copy videos. Howard was the techie camera master.
Why Seidlin didn’t allow the whole tape is explained in the court videos in his own words. Time element, subpeonas to get unedited tapes from Fox etc. Same reasons we didn’t see the entire clown video. Remember, Seidlin was ticked off after the mommie dearest played. Said he was blind sided, made remarks a few times after that too about blinded sided me once, not going to let that happen again etc.
Turn about fair play, you tricked me now it is their turn type comment when it came time for the clown video.

Seems that the judge in the Cosby suit was only furnished with "transcripts" of the Bain/Cosby incident. IF that is the case....and if he read them as being the whole truth...then this judge isn't very smart and his decision is without merit.

That is my point. She didn’t ‘have a bath everyday’. That is a completely different statement than stories giving her the one ice bath. Every day for a week it shows up depending on who’s tale is being told. No one ever claimed she had more than one ice bath. The liars screwed up their stories.

The 3rd was a Saturday. It makes more sense given the "TIME" it was sent..2:18 AM. Maybe there's a tape of Rale pulling into his parking area in the middle of the night.
The 12th was a Monday and the time makes no sense.
On the 3rd, the call requesting it would have come from the Bahamas. On the 12th, the request would have been from Florida.
Did Howard pick it up somewhere when the plane "accidently" landed in Miami and drop it somewhere? There seems to be a huge time gap between the landing and when they got to the Hardrock.
When did Howard CONTRACT Barth? When did Howard "knock on the door" in the middle of the night?
There's a lot of questions to be answered.
Larry showing tapes of Anna to the baby bothers me. It's really very similar to Howard screaming..."Your Mommy's dead!!" Someday, Dannielynn will see all the tapes.
Being ‘weaned’ is poster speculation only. There is no evidence she was being weaned. No one said she was in the hospital for Methadone withdrawl in april. Where is a prescription for methadone from the hospital in April?
LB testified that stay was two weeks for DRUG addiction. Kapoor was shipping her methadone in August! There is no evidence of weaning from that pharmacy jug sized bottle in her frig or at any other time.
Not sure what you mean about LB and HKS. Not following that in line with Hollier???

After Birkhead stepped down from the stand, Houston police officer Troy Hollier, a former bodyguard of Smith’s, testified as a witness for Stern’s case. He said Smith had expressed negative feelings about her home state of Texas.
The last time he saw Smith, said Hollier, was right after Daniel’s funeral in the Bahamas. He said he was talking to her by the swimming pool at her Bahamas residence.
“She said, ‘Troy, if anything should happen to me, I want to be with Daniel,’” Hollier testified.
He also said he’d never seen Smith use prescription medication or any other drugs and he didn’t see her taking pills in the period around Daniel’s funeral.
The judge got angry at Hollier’s claims that though he knew Smith well, he’d never seen her use drugs — since everyone else had testified that she had been on medication — and asked that he step down from the witness stand.
“Something doesn’t add up here,” Seidlin said. “I’m not buying it.”

What Bonnie says means absolutely nothing...unless it’s taped. In fact, it contradicts Howard because it says she was given an ice bath the night before she died.

Don’t know yet what all went on but I know one thing for sure.. Anna was withholding paternity long before Daniel’s death. Labeled LB as a stalker, no relationship,lying thru her teeth herself. Anything is possible in this mess. She wanted a baby and no daddy for years. She got it but .. it didn’t turn out to be so simple after all.
I wonder when LB started bleaching his hair.

Or maybe after he got that apartment near her he forgot to mention? We know it was bleached by the time Howie bent over backwards to bring him into the circle in 2004.
Autopsy already tells us all other tests were negative except for strep. ;) You won’t see a white count. If Perper had that he would be waving it like a glory flag. He never did because he can’t is my guess.
Orignially, the case was going to be delayed because Howard was going to file an amended complaint. They never did. (Wonder why?)
Was this just a pretend delay by Howard...he needed a little more time to do something?? I think so.
The whole of this isn't about Howard's rep...He could give a damn...He's never held a job yet.
It's about walking into the inquest and eliminating the nannies as witnesses and/or scaring the hell out of them. If Moe...according to Moe...has been harrassed by Howard and Wood, imagine the state of mind of these nannies.
I see nothing that says Rita was "tampering" with witnesses.
I think because of this litigation, Howard will AGAIN get the inquest delayed and possibly stricken...except that behind the scenes...the Feds are doing something.
In other words, I think Howard is running scared and the gig is almost up.
And Larry....Wow...You can't get a much lower profile!!
