a bigger question is, why didn’t the Keystone...um..Bahama cops, realize, upon tallying personal belongings, that the young man had NO pants?! I’m sure,, we can accept that, the cops thought the hospital staff had them, the staff thought the cops had them...but when logging in his clothing, surely someone had to have put two and two together and come up with - NO pants!
which brings the further question...what did Howie Lou do with the jeans? When the Bahama police searched and confiscated items during the ‘burglary complaint’ were the jeans then confiscated? where did they go? surely by then, they knew the jeans were unaccounted for...

Hef probably hit on Anna at least once. But he is too controlling for a woman like Anna who was the center of her own universe. Sounds like they remained friendly but not intimate.
Maybe Howie went “out for food” but brought back an extra pair of pants for some reason. Then changed the pants Daniel was wearing after Daniel fell into his final sleep. Which may account for the “abrasions” we’ve wondered about on D’s body. But why change pants? If you’ve seen the death photo of the boy, did it show him below the waist?
So much of this will be answered in the inquest. From Miami to the Hardrock is 30 minutes. But they didn't arrive at the Hardrock until 7:30. Where's the 1 1/2 hours "time lost"? There is taxi service at every airport. Do we need to find cabbie records? Or did someone pick them up?

It was also the day that Steines filmed his interview of ANS at the ‘new house’ iirc.. What if we look at that interview again, not as Anna on drugs, but as Anna with a 105 fever trying to make it thru an interview with a baby being held as leverage to ensure her ‘good behavior’?

ANS arrived 8:30 at HardRock Hotel with Stern and Kristine Eroshevich. [note Katz is excluded] ANS complains that she felt very cold, she had chills. After arriving at the hotel it was discovered that ANS has a 105 degree temperature. Khristine Eroshevich gave ANS Tamiflu, Neosporin, Cipro, plenty of fluid. Perper stated that the bile duct (gland?) contained a small amount of methadone, but it was ‘inactive’ and was injested, probably he assumes, prior to her departure from the Bahamas. (autopsy investigative report)

Anna had at least one ice bath for a 105 fever prior to leaving Bahamas; by arrival at hotel, she was back up to 105. Someone with a 105 temp has no capacity to make any decisions. Someone with a 105 fever has no business doing anything but being in the hospital. Certainly NOT reviewing any ‘will’, and also considering she was ‘out of town’ for a week...imo
What about limousine services? They could have been stopped at customs for awhile, or picked someone up. Whose private plane? Alex Goen’s? Why was Goen called by HKS when Anna died?
Sac, here’s another thing that puzzles me...why was food left outside the door of the suite rather than delivered inside?
Feb 20th, ‘07 - a phone call from Dr. Joshua Perper, the county’s chief medical examiner and the doctor who conducted Smith’s autopsy, interrupted the hearing’s afternoon session to inform the parties that, despite being embalmed over the weekend, Smith’s remains are deteriorating much more rapidly than expected.
Perper noted that Smith’s appearance, particularly in her face, has become discolored and he recommended that any viewing service take place by Saturday at the latest.
Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin, who initially planned on taking up to three weeks to determine Smith’s next of kin, said he would now aim to rule on the case by Friday.
“Time is of the essence,” he said. “I’m running out of clock.”

did I post the link of the video interview of KE the afternoon of Anna’s death outside her home in calif? seems she flew back to be video’d far far far away from the scene...just before she hopped on a ride with MS back to the scene
Things like....KE's sudden departure leaving a room open for Taz and Moe and Anna befuddled by her leaving (nice best friend).
But was it really for Taz and Moe? Was it originally planned for King Eric and friends?
She started getting into pain on the airplane ride (methadone worn off by then) as sitting on the plane made the abscess get infected? Then she endures a car ride for another 2+ hours while her pain worsens (no methadone now), the bacteria is entering her system and she is going through methadone withdrawal? That sounds like torture. Did everyone ignore her cries of pain? Just Anna complaining? Or “she just wants her methadone”?
Did Moe himself hear Anna say she didn't want to go to the hospital?
Moe has now effectively retracted some of the things he said early on. Taz never showed up for the second interview on Greta. I do think both of them have a conscience.

Plum, that is a brilliant deduction! If indeed this is a premeditated crime, then it removes KE from any suspicion. But there’s only one thing: she put her name on the medicine bottles, didn’t she? Could her crime be one of total incompetence? No, she was warned that mixing those drugs was dangerous. But she wanted to knock Anna out because Anna was having nightmares. Yet I’ve never heard of someone being medicated with so many different kinds of anti-anxiety pills at one time, and I’ve read hundreds of medical records of addicts and mental patients. Never, ever saw a list like that. But if they knew she’d be autopsied, why would they leave such evidence in her system? This does not make sense. None. ANd wasn’t the room cleaned up before LE arrived? But the chloral hydrate was sitting there? Why leave that clue if she was murdered and they ordinarily wouldn’t test for that on autopsy? Someone please help!
well, the clown video explanation of Feb ‘07 was a big fat lie - and surely Nazzie has seen it by now, editing comments and all...Nazzie got caught at LB’s so we know he’s talking to him...Moe talking about both Howie Lou and Larry Sue giving Anna drug cocktails?? Larry’s talking about HKS and Anna doing drugs?? Nannies who may or may not be credible describing drug use and (spousal) abuse?? I think that Nazzie would turn on a dime on a client - he’s a p.i. ex-cop, not an attorney - i doubt he’d let some clod like howie lou take his reputation down to dirt - he has too much pride in it. Of course, I could be wrong...

with all the talking going on by the parties for the past 12 months, Noone, in Anna’s life has described any ‘rift’ that took place between Virgie and Anna between Mar 2000 and the date of the ‘will’ to my recollection. Not one single peep. And it’s too late now - it’d be such an obvious ruse to attempt to change history.
The guy looks like a thug to me. Remember what good old Pelicano was doing to scare people off? These guys do not strike me as needing a “good” reputation. They get paid by Hollywood’s stars to clean up after them and make their problems go away. Somehow bringing ethics into this seems out of place. Goodnight, Plum.

I’d say that’s an excellent question - we know, that at the time, King baby was employed as....Anna’s contractor, working every day on her ‘new’ house (to the tune of 200K in ‘renovations’ for an old bathtub sitting in the back yard!). We also know, that work ceased the morning of Anna’s death. (or was it the day after?)
If Gibson was working on Anna’s house, he really had no excuse not to accompany them on Feb 5th - any weekend regatta would have been over, right?
I’m not sure if the instructor is shown on the tape, but the tape of Steines’ last interview, showed a few milliseconds of Anna with a cane held out in front of her, doing some sort of dance steps. I’d expect it would be a TrimSpa-related person?
