Was she [IG] the one with the shotgun?LOL! Thanks for that first laugh of the morning! Your infinite variety of tasty breakfasts, lysie, keep us all from slaving over hot stoves early in the morning. I love both the food and the service!
I'll be gazing at the NE skies tonight...the one good thing about not having any clouds here.

THANKS Jemian! I will try it.
It is a hard habit to break especially when I am stressed.
What about eating the new sugarfree Oreo’s? :) They are smaller than the original. But are the “sugarfree” products really sugarfree?
Some fruits and vegies are sweet (and they are my favs of course) Corn, Peas, Cantaloupe, Watermelon.

Good luck, Carolina. I've seen nothing the past 2 nights. Tonite may be cloudy.

Heard something yesterday ...some good news...
Someone's produced an exposé film on Michael Moore. Hannity was interviewing the filmmaker, and boy did he have the goods on Moore: his contemptible treatment of people, his dishonesty, etc.
I think the title is Shooting Michael Moore. Maybe someone else has heard of this and can add more.

Just don’t order one with cheese. This El Nuto that asked for a cheeseburger without cheese slays me, wouldn’t that be just a plain our ole hamburger?

Molly, I think it's tonight that Hannity is doing a whole show called "The Truth about the Wilsons". (Joe and Valerie, now living in New Mexico.)
I throw caution to the winds every once in awhile and have myself a Whataburger w/ALL the trimmings...except for Jalapenos (afraid I'll develop a Spanish accent).

I avoid fruits (with the exception of about 6 peaches a year) and all sweet type of veggies (corn, sweet potatoes, carrots). When I finally reach my target weight, I’ll add these back in very slowly. I advise not eating the sugarfree Oreos or any of that snacky type food. Snack on protein, like chicken or steak or cheese.
It’s what I’m doing. I know this seems rather stark, but for me the alternative is putting on weight. As I said yesterday, it is easier for me to say no to all rather than trying to figure out “a little of this or that, but not this other thing” and “how much can I indulge.” It is easier just not to indulge at all.
Good luck. The good side is that you spend a whole lot less time in the grocery store (you shop on the fringes of the store) and you spend a whole lot less money.

I am really looking forward to the show. I am hoping, but not expecting, that this news will get out to the sheeple.
