THANKS Jemian! I will try it.

It is a hard habit to break especially when I am stressed.

What about eating the new sugarfree Oreo’s? :) They are smaller than the original. But are the “sugarfree” products really sugarfree?

Some fruits and vegies are sweet (and they are my favs of course) Corn, Peas, Cantaloupe, Watermelon.

I avoid fruits (with the exception of about 6 peaches a year) and all sweet type of veggies (corn, sweet potatoes, carrots). When I finally reach my target weight, I’ll add these back in very slowly. I advise not eating the sugarfree Oreos or any of that snacky type food. Snack on protein, like chicken or steak or cheese.

It’s what I’m doing. I know this seems rather stark, but for me the alternative is putting on weight. As I said yesterday, it is easier for me to say no to all rather than trying to figure out “a little of this or that, but not this other thing” and “how much can I indulge.” It is easier just not to indulge at all.

Good luck. The good side is that you spend a whole lot less time in the grocery store (you shop on the fringes of the store) and you spend a whole lot less money.
