Good morning. It did not take long for me to turn from Fox and Friends. And they’re the only news show I can stand.

My parents were flaming liberals. At least in the abstract, impersonal application of life (when it came to raising us kids they were very conservative). But Dad when he remarried married a conservative. Finally, I can discuss national happenings at family gatherings again.

I'm heading out to exercise and check on how the homeless family operation is going. One thing for example is that the overnight hosts sometimes forget to unplug the coffee pot...then I check food supplies, like milk...

NY, Dayton Intl. airshow was this weekend, and a stunt pilot, experienced, crashed and died there before thousands of people in his biplane on Sat.

I turn from Fox and Friends to another station, alarms go off, whistle blows, my TV (NEW TV too) goes into shock. IF I go to MSNBC it shuts off.

Just want to report on GD’s birthday party yesterday, we had about 50 kids over plus parents, had a swimming party, ate a whole bunch of hot dogs and our preacher did the cooking. I think the one who had the most fun was TJ, he was swimming, DIVING into the water, afraid he is not.

Last night, Allie had two of her best of best friends, some that grew up with her in town, spend the night, let me change that, sleep was not had, talked, laughed, sneaked to the kitchen, eat cake, ice cream and of course PawPaw just HAD to sneak up to the room and make them put their heads under the cover, I am as tired as they are this morning. Gotta admit, I has as much fun as they did, Yep I am worn out.

Just wanted to check in and say hi so ‘HI’, now for that third cup of coffee.

Because of the restrictions of wiretapping on the bad guys by the dem, they are aiding the enemy. I have NEVER seen such hatred in my life as the dims have towards OUR President W, tell folks sometning long enough and they start to believe it.

The gal they have subbing for Gretchen is apparently trying for a “naughty schoolgirl” look, LOL! Even my husband (who is not very “fashion” oriented, commented on how bizarre that looked for a supposed business anchor. Those puffy little short white sleeves are completely inappropriate, IMO.

Jemian, I was lucky to have conservative parents who encouraged debate, discussion, and reconcilation. Unfortunately, two of my sisters are very liberal, one of whom is (loudly) not very respectful of differing opinions, and the other at least keeps her opinions to herself (which I tend to do at family gatherings unless I’m goaded).

NY and Molly, my grandson was at the air show at WPAFB when that plane crashed...the air show was cancelled, of course. He was disappointed....he loves seeing airplanes taking off and landing.
