Welcome here
there is lovely quiet
and
nothing to fear.
what a delight ...
there is not
a single plight ...
What a relief to see
friends
in the middle of
all the odds and ends ...
making up our daily life,
to come after long away
you are standing staunchly ...
just another day ..
thank you ...
for moving out of the frey ...
loyal to one and all
that comes this way,
welcome , indeed ...
you answer a need ...
It looks yummy.
It’s a boneless ribeye, my favorite cut, juicy and tasty.
Don't put anything on steak except minimal spices and the rare spritz of teryaki.
For 35 years I've been on a high protein diet (60-40) and still prefer carnivorous part of it mostly plain. Except for burgers. Supper was grilled cheeseburger with cheddar and blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and W Ketchup. Veggies you can play with. I love veggies every way they can be eaten. I don't care for beets, however.
Hello dear FRiend, wonderful poem! Thank You.
Oh Lady, love the poem, the graphic is so much fun.
Hope you’re home safely from your trip, we had severe thunder storms and rain this afternoon.
Hot one today with very high humidity, getting a little better now, it’s cooling down will be into the 60s in the night.
Hello and Welcome to The Dragonflies’ Lair.
Keep coming back we love to have lots of folks around!
Don’t you like these little tests?? I think they are fun.
Hi Seadog!
Love the seacoast photos and the birds, just lovely.
The burger sounds delicious - I love Blue Cheese.
My neighbor has a bad disc too, and he went to an acupuncturist to get a handle on the pain. Two weeks of treatments and he’s walking again, smiling, and feeling a lot better, and no drugs that left him usually groggy and feeling even lower!
The drive out of Boston was lousy this afternoon, brutally slow for most of us and worse for a few others. Accidents and boil overs ruined some people’s day. The HOV lane was closed for hours, plugged with vehicles that couldn’t move.
Didn’t bother me or my car, just took longer. There have been times I’ve been stuck out in the heat like those people today, though, I really felt for them and am deeply thankful I wasn’t one of them.
Hey, it’s almost 9 and still 80 outside.
The burger sounds great. If it is from a cow I will eat it. Although I have eaten mystery meat. I was afraid to ask what it was. In a lot of the countries that I have been to there has always some type of meat that was disguised to look like beef.
The burger was too good for there only to have been one.
I’m adventurous and for the most part, I’ll eat it if someone else has. There are some practices I will pass on, but what othere people regularly eat fascinates me, even in different parts of this country, the are culinary delights to be explored. But Cow is on the top of my food triangle.
Nite Nite sweets.
Nite nite to you NYA!
Night, Tooties.
