A "screaming" Paris Hilton has been dragged off to serve her full 45 days in jail. Reportedly screamed and called to her mother as she was taken away. More.
I’m just comparing it to how most people would be treated in that circumstance. Paris is getting it bad. Fair is fair.
Is that Courics Colon?
Nor had I....
Perhaps if I had .... I wouldn't have been so damned stupid to have tried it....
When first delivered to the Brig by my Junior D.I., he bellowed out in a voice that could be heard across much of the Island that I was being delivered for the "crime" of disputing his Senior D.I.'s opinion on the state of cleanliness of my Federally funded Marine Corps issued M-14 rifle...
The Brig Guards all keep a "straight" face - and looked at me with horror in their expression -- staring at me as though they were looking at some defective human debris that had been pulled out of the latrine..
I learned fast not to be stupid again......
Could be.
LOL
I see you beat me to it.
I agree - folks dig this kind of stuff and they can’t see or think clearly. Brings out the worst in a lot of people.
I know you means stocks, but that’s funny... :)LOL
The young, devil-may-care river rat might have been friends with the current ms. Hilton.
:-o
You’ll excuse my pointing out that both are career clerks, which does happen now and then. Both graduated law school in 1993 and didn’t want to deal with big firm life, preferring the pace and flexibility of that line of work.
Of course, that didn’t occur to your fertile and prescient mind.
Back to the real world, flyboy.
I want to puke. They ought to make her do a 90 day tour in Fallujah where its 120 in the shade right now.
*************
Agreed. From what I have seen, Paris is in dire need of something to turn her life around.
From Wikipedia:
Restraining order
On March 8, 2006, Brian Quintana, an event producer, was granted a three-year restraining order against Hilton after he testified that she harassed and threatened him.[33]
Drunk driving
In September 2006, Hilton was arrested and charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of 0.08%, the minimum at which it is illegal to drive in California. Hilton's drivers license was subsequently suspended in November 2006,[34] and in January 2007 she pled no contest to the alcohol-related reckless driving charge.[35] Her punishment was a 36 month probation sentence and fines of about $1,500.[36]
On February 27, 2007 Hilton was caught driving 70 MPH in a 35 MPH zone with a suspended license. She also did not have her headlights on while it was after dark. Prosecutors in the office of the Los Angeles City Attorney charged that those actions, along with the failure to enroll in a court-ordered alcohol education program constituted a violation of the terms of her probation.[34] On May 4, 2007 Hilton was sentenced by Judge Michael T. Sauer to 45 days in jail for violating her probation. She was required to begin her jail term June 5, 2007 or risk a doubling of her sentence.[6]
no biggy, but just wanted to make suer you got your facts straight, but it is amazing this woman Winkler likely may spend 0-7 days in jail total for killing her hubby, and Paris is going to JAIL for 45 days. The system is so screwy as well as our news, lol!
Paris isn’t being treated like the average schmoe would be treated in comparable circumstances. Fair is fair - tears or not.
Forget getting drafted, how does she pull jury duty?
Paris who?
Hitman, you are not the last word in ethics.
Your opinion works well for you; but your insistance on passing judgement on the rest of us might need checking.
just heard on CNN pipeline, live unedited feed< that they are taking her to the County Hospital inmate psych ward.
(County USC 13th floor)
Yeah, I got a good chuckle too.
I’ll bet on my own legal experience and the opinion of my friends in the field, yes.
Clearly - the law & order types on FR can’t cope with the fact that they are not treating her fairly. Clarity and fairness. They are sticking it to Paris, and that just sucks.
