Clearly - the law & order types on FR can’t cope with the fact that they are not treating her fairly. Clarity and fairness. They are sticking it to Paris, and that just sucks.
Thats very disturbing to me. We're supposed to be fair, cut and dry conservatives for gosh sakes.

So, what would be “fair treatment” in your view, for somebody who has repeatedly demonstrated no regard for the Law or its consequences? To whom fines mean nothing? To whom “probation” is a get-out-of-Gaol-Free card? What sanctions can the Court apply to correct this behavior? What do you think she should be sentenced to?
If it is anything less than 45 days in the clink for recidivist scofflaw behavior, then I conclude that your legal friends and you are a large part of the problem with modern society. You’ve taken the “punishment” and “deterrence” out of sentencing guidelines, leaving meaningless mush.
She’s already had lots of slack cut for her, and instead of amending her ways, it is merely encouraging further offense. When will it stop? When she runs over and kills a kid, while in a drunken stupor?
I’d favor twelve strokes with the cat o’nine tails as a sensible sentence for scofflaws, with forty-save-one for second offense. But we can’t do that these days. More is the pity.
