Every time I hear her name, I visualize an 18 year old Marine with 18 days of B.O. and sweat on him out in the desert of Al Anbar province with his M-16 eating MRE’s. He may even be Hispanic, hoping that by serving he gets his citizenship papers so he and his family are legal. Some of these kids are shot up pretty bad and end up taking their oaths of allegiance in a hospital bed.
I want to puke. They ought to make her do a 90 day tour in Fallujah where its 120 in the shade right now.

I have no idea. I rarely watch Shep. I turned it on for news, not Paris, but that is what I got. It is off now.

Violated probation. (This is the same consequence *you* would pay for violating probation. The judge is insisting that she be treated like everyone else.)

Cavuto said socks soaring now that Paris is going back to jail.

I think people here seem to think shes a slut tramp and actually get a little bit of enjoyment out of seeing her go to jail because of that.
IMO, I think of her as a spoiled rich brat who disrespects the law and I'm glad she's finally being reprimanded for her behaviors. I'm glad they are making an example out of her, since apparently, so many in America think she's some kind of "role model". Blech...

What a spoiled brat demanding special privileges. Right now MSNBC had decent coverage by Susan and by Jane Valez Mitchell - I turned away from Fox when Geraldo Rivera was on brink of losing it while defending Paris. Geraldo is such a hypocrite. After his hysterical rants about illegal aliens I just change channels whenever he pops up.

The original stop was the only DUI, not the second two.

A much calmer Cavuto on now.

Exactly...jail isn’t MEANT to be a pleasant experience. If she ENJOYED it, it wouldn’t be punishment.

Jeez, it's only 45 days. What if they had drafted her? It's amazing how soft some people are

Well, I wasn’t watching/listening to Fox, so go figures, they are more focused on the Paris fiasco to pay attention or give more details on NEWS.
Thanx. :)

I’ve served on a jury for a similar case (multiple DUI & the violating probation) and I can tell you, her sentence was pretty normal. In Texas, if you violate probation on a second offense, you automatically get the standard sentence.

God forbid that it would ever get that bad.
But given the way the media acts (Fox News included), it’s easy enough to see them doing it.

oops not socks—that should be stocks.

Violatioin of probation. She was stupid. Deserves the time, but I can’t help but feel sorry for her.
