Paris Hilton Sent Back to Jail
Fox News | 6/8/07

Posted on 06/08/2007 12:23:57 PM PDT by pabianice

A "screaming" Paris Hilton has been dragged off to serve her full 45 days in jail. Reportedly screamed and called to her mother as she was taken away. More.

She is being treated too severely by the system. If it was me, I’d probably have probation.

Paris Hilton plays with her new pet before introducing her latest toy for young girls, the "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset".

The reason why the Paris Hilton story is so huge is because nothing else is really going on in the world . . . Well, there is the world leaders gathering at G-8 Summit to discuss the fate of the earth . . . And oh yeah, we’re at war! Other than that, it is a light news day.

Paris Hilton in the cooler. And you know the problem with Paris being in prison, she’s surrounded by sex offenders; she’s surrounded by drug dealers; felons . . . you know, just like when she was on the outside.

Top Ten Signs Paris Hilton Isn’t Doing Well In Prison
10. Suffering from insomnia because she’s not used to sleeping in the same bed every night
9. Too depressed to participate in prison riots
8. Desperate for intimacy, she made a boyfriend out of a stuffed laundry bag
7. She’s ballooned to 93 pounds
6. Only time she said, “That’s hot!” was during delousing
5. Knitted a tea cozy from rat fur (sorry — that joke was left over from an old Martha Stewart list)
4. Only call she received was from Eddie Brill asking for her out
3. Was overheard muttering something about voting for Kucinich
2. Started a pen pal romance with Phil Spector
1. At last night’s conjugal she seemed distant

They say Paris has three blankets, but no pillow. I actually feel a little bit bad for her, especially since I’ve stolen so many pillows from Hilton Hotels.

OK I have been very critical of Hilton on the other threads and believe she should go to jail, but lets take a step back.

If the sheriff let her out it is on him not her.

She should do her 23 days as was scheduled. Yes I know her original sentence was for 45 days but it was reduced to 23 for various reasons.

Why is she being punished for the actions of the sheriff?

In that picture she looks EXACTLY like my 17-month-old daughter when she doesn’t get her way. Well, except that my toddler is a natural strawberry blonde and doesn’t have that whole black-roots thing going.

I don’t want to be cruel to her, but jeez. She gets nailed on a DUI, gets her license suspended, then gets caught driving twice in two months on her suspended license, the last time doing 70 in a 35 with no lights on? Yeah, I can see 45 days in the Graybar Hilton for that.

Unless she was an illegal, of course.

"45 days?? Not exactly hard time."

For this skank - it will be the hardest time she's spent in her entire life....

For me -- less that 24 hours in a Marine Corps brig, was a life altering experience!

Why the brig you may ask?
Well, it was as simple as disagreeing with my D.I. over the state of cleanliness of my rifle during inspection....

In the 60's on Parris Island --- I could just as well been drowned for a lesser offense. < /slight exaggeration>

actually no they are not.

Most states have a mandatory minimum for violation of probation by driving during a dui/dwi suspension.

Generally 30 to 60 days.

Keep in mind she is being sentenced for violation of probation more than just the driving on the suspension.

The 28 days was a good behavior calculation. She was always sentenced to 45 days.

If you wish any proof, look to other similar driving while suspended sentences by this judge or even in your local courts.

She should get the same and no different.

Though I have seen work release and surrender dates negotiated. However that is a job for her lawyer. He was too busy mugging for the cameras.

My professional opinion is that she and her lawyers are right, in this case.

“My professional opinion is that she is being treated too rough, given the severity of her offenses”

Youre right. They have gone out of their way to make sure it doesn’t look like they are giving her favorable treatment.

There’s no excuse for anyone to drive drunk, but it’s of the charts for someone who doubtless has a car service on 24-hour call.

As much as she represents spoiled, privileged trust fund perennial adolescents everywhere, I must admit that I felt a bit of sympathy for her when they carted her off to the slammer. And, I did think that the sentence was too long; however, she never admitted it was her fault and never apologized for her bad behavior which put innocent people at risk.

In fact, she blamed her agent for not telling her she lost her license. She should do a few weeks in stir and then be released. She will now behave.

I agree that her lawyer screwed up, but I do think she is being treated harshly because of her fame.

From what I heard the other prisoners were taunting Paris. If she was having a tough time before this fiasco, imagine what it will be like after this stunt. I’m sure the other prisoners are fuming. If Paris continues to scream and cry, she won’t get any time off for good behavior.

She’s getting exactly what she deserves. She’s flouted the law many times.

I don’t buy her little crying act either. No sympathy whatsoever from me.

Enjoy it, witch.
