She was already on probation and broke the rules of it twice (3 if you include her failing to register for alcohol classes when she was supposed to).

If it was me, I’d probably have probation.

She DID have probation. It was the violation of her probation (twice) that landed her in jail.

Wasn’t she already given probation, then violated it? So how would giving her probation again act as a deterrent? Or protect Society from her dangerous behaviors? Or punish her contempt of the Law and the Courts?

Probation would be a non-sentence, as ineffective as a large fine.

Nope, I say the Judge got it exactly right.
