BERLIN (AP) - An early-morning German bank customer had a bit of a shock when he found a horse already in line at the automatic teller machine in front of him. It seems the horse's owner, identified only as Wolfgang H., had a bit too much to drink the night before and decided to sleep it off inside the bank's heated foyer, police said Tuesday.

I live in iowa.
The older bank buildings put the ATMs in the vestibule for customer safety. You had to swipe your atm card at the entrance to buzz the door in order to get access to the ATM machine. It was an attempt at security for the customers.
But it didn’t take long for people to realize that you could use anything with a magnetic strip to buzz the door.

A prosecutor told me today that mowing your lawn on a riding mower while intoxicated qualifies as DWI. He also said he didn’t know anyone who would actually prosecute such a case.
From the looks of that guy, the dog can ride better and shoot straighter.
They will if he’s riding it home from the bar and has a prior.
