Both the Horizons thing AND the Inquest would have occurred by now....if Howard hadn't been able to play his game. He needed TIME...and they gave it to him.

I hope Florida has guts enough to open the case again. All they need is someone to nudge them....someone like Virgie (the one person who does not have attorney funds available)...because no one else will.

Two people died and no one cares...except Virgie.

So much for those posters who were blaming Vergie for keeping Dannielynn at Horizons, under the same roof as HKS! I guess it really didn’t matter how much longer Dannielynn stayed at Horizons, since HKS had already planned to leave the Bahamas with Larry AND Dannielynn.

At least at Horizons, I felt there was no way that Dannielynn was ever left ALONE with HKS. But, now that HKS and Larry are such good buddies, I doubt that will be the case. From the statements he’s made in public, it seems obvious that Larry trusts and even admires HKS’s parenting skills, and would have no problem leaving Dannielynn alone with him. I have to wonder if that was Vergie’s fear all along, and maybe she WAS actually trying to protect Dannielynn by keeping her in the Bahamas. Like I said, there is no way that HKS was left alone with DL once the paternity was decided.

I’m holding out until it’s shown that HKS is traveling with Larry. People jumped to conclusions regarding Virgie keeping Dannielynn at horizons and it’s been shown that Larry couldn’t take her even if he wanted to. I am concerned that Larry is making those snide comments at Virgie. He’s beginning to irritate me.

Grandma was doing what she thought best, and evidently she was trying to get all parties, LB, Baby, the remains of Anna and Daniel, out from under the thumb and control of Stern, the one who is the puppeteer of all. And to maybe have a vote on the goings on in Anna’s estate.

So sad that her efforts failed, but at least she tried.

And to her detriment personally, she obviously was not concerned about being popular during all this, but it must hurt.

Maybe someday she will have peace, maybe she can keep a diary for Dannielynn to read when she is older.

One thing that she got booed for was trying to stop the funeral. Well it appears that plans are in the way to move Daniel and if those go thru will Larry agree to having Anna moved too. Goat has nothing to say about where they should be buried. I personally hope they do get moved but not to Texas..I’m thinking LA so Dannielynn can be close to them. The Bahamas became hell on earth for Anna.

Who broke the story, and what is the significance of LB being at Elizabethtown publicity tour, in Franklin TN Sep 18 '05, in conflict with his 'exclusive agreement' to shoot 'only Anna, no other celebrities'? Where was Anna at the time? (hint: Las Vegas) Why wasn't she with him/he with her? Why no visible press pass?(and no, Birkhead couldn't have been 'dating' Bosworth at this time - she was with a French actor whom she left with, and if Birkhead was dating Bosworth, then he can't claim he was with Anna 'continuously')

Birkhead signed a confid. agmt 1/3/06 with $10Mil penalty. Was photographing Bosworth/Bloom in conflict with any written contract with Anna (did it have a $10M penalty too?) for not maintaining 'exclusivity', and therefore, one of the 'things' that HK could hold over LB to control his behavior?

The bit about HKS leaving The Bahamas right away to go to Los Angeles was the very last thing said on ET 2-3 days ago, implying that it had something to do with the Anna movie.

At the time, they said LB would be taking Dannielynn to CA, too.

Now we know differently, but I haven’t heard them say what HKS is doing now or where he is right this moment.
