Liz: When LB said ‘one ticket or two’ was he actually referring to HKS’ seat? or has the press mis-interpreted?

Who broke the story, and what is the significance of LB being at Elizabethtown publicity tour, in Franklin TN Sep 18 '05, in conflict with his 'exclusive agreement' to shoot 'only Anna, no other celebrities'? Where was Anna at the time? (hint: Las Vegas) Why wasn't she with him/he with her? Why no visible press pass?(and no, Birkhead couldn't have been 'dating' Bosworth at this time - she was with a French actor whom she left with, and if Birkhead was dating Bosworth, then he can't claim he was with Anna 'continuously')

Birkhead signed a confid. agmt 1/3/06 with $10Mil penalty. Was photographing Bosworth/Bloom in conflict with any written contract with Anna (did it have a $10M penalty too?) for not maintaining 'exclusivity', and therefore, one of the 'things' that HK could hold over LB to control his behavior?
