Thread Number 3
i thought that Pinder was saying that, Larry could stay but do the right thing, and give it back when the will was probated and it ws determined that Anna had no claim to the house - from what I've read, instead of the Thompsons being able to evict HK, (the executor of Anna's estate caring for DL the heir), the house will go to probate, and probate will be given the opptny to satisfy the sale price? or will be determined not to be part of the estate? It seems to me much more complicated than it needs to be.
LOL, tightie whities! I had two males to do wash for, and my son hated those things to the point that he refused to dress out for gym.
One day I decided to do a tick sheet. It seemed like with the new baby, all I was doing was going from washer to clothesline. 27 loads a week for six people. It’s how I blew out my lower back. We had a dryer, but the wiring in the house was shot, and we couldn’t use it.
Oh, I can FEEL it sister :)
“Is that ET-speak for “HK was told to butt out and leave” by Virgie? Why would HK even be present??? He’s not the babydaddy - is he trying to be babymommy now?”
Seems as long as he remains the legal ‘father’, he is a part of, and in control of, just about everything.
And this goes right back to the Marshall case where Howard enters the picture where she "wished" Marshall had left her millions more.
Drink this and sign here....Poor d*** broad.
"Anna Nicole Smith with her son Daniel, left, and an attorney walk outside the Los Angeles courthouse on July 25, 2000."

"Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel move through photographers outside a Los Angeles courthouse July 25, 2000."

"Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel attend Los Angeles federal court Oct. 27, 1999, to try to gain control of part of the estate of her late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall."
*
"In 1993, ANNA NICOLE SMITH, was out with DANIEL ROSS and her young son, DANIEL, at TATOU in BEVERLY HILLS."

Bingo. IF HKS had really wantd to speed this along, he could have already had the BC changed.
HALT!! Do not leave this thread. No. You may take a break, but you cannot leave permanently. If you do, goats will haunt you.
:-)

I agree. You’d hate to see those goats every night wouldn’t you!?!?!
I think he might still have some gettin over her to do, from some of the things he has said. Its hard to compete with a ghost, too - as future ladies will find out. The deceased is always perfect.

Time always seems to erase the negative and the good comes shining through. That is the case in just any relationship.
Larry took the fact that she was the cross he got her when she took pics of Dannielynn as a dig to him and initially I thought so too.
***
I always thought it was a sign of her love for him. She got ‘married’ in that cross!!
What is with these people? Ive been to several hundred funerals. Do they not pay their respects to anyone besides their own kinfolk? Ive never heard of grown adults (especially big movie stars with hundreds of acquaintances) who have only been 2 funerals!

You’ve been to several hundred? Wow.
My boss just returned from Nassau for vacation. He said on the tours they now state “That is where Daniel died... that is where ANS is buried...”
I wish the Virgie camp would focus on the inquest.
Trying to get guardianship of DL in order to pursue a wrongful death suit is not the right course of action, in my opinion. It steps on LB's rights as a father and does not put the emphasis on "jail time" for HKS.
The inquest can put HKS in Fox Hill Prison. If Virgie wants justice for Daniel and Anna this is her best shot! She would not benfit monetarily but she would have the justice she said was important to her! Someone needs to step up and make sure the inquest moves forward!

Exactly. THIS Is not the time to position yourself for wrongful death suits. And it would seem she would have the right to sue for wrongful death even without guardianship of Dannilynn.
It’s beautiful song, isn’t it?
