"If we don't get another shot at him at the inquest or reopening of Anna's case, I'm gonna be fit to be tied! grrrrrr"

I wish the Virgie camp would focus on the inquest.

Trying to get guardianship of DL in order to pursue a wrongful death suit is not the right course of action, in my opinion. It steps on LB's rights as a father and does not put the emphasis on "jail time" for HKS.

The inquest can put HKS in Fox Hill Prison. If Virgie wants justice for Daniel and Anna this is her best shot! She would not benfit monetarily but she would have the justice she said was important to her! Someone needs to step up and make sure the inquest moves forward!

Exactly. THIS Is not the time to position yourself for wrongful death suits. And it would seem she would have the right to sue for wrongful death even without guardianship of Dannilynn.

It's pretty noticeable that the Virgie controversy is just a scam to keep everyone from even thinking about the inquest. By the time it happens, Howard will have maneuvered so that half the witnesses will disappear, there will be no jury, the judge will own a yacht and he won't have to say anything at the inquest...just like his attorney originally told him.

The only way to grab Howard is by getting the Florida case re-opened. Please God, let it happen.
