When I heard about the stained bedsheets, I just assumed that the stains were the result of what often happens in/to one’s body as the person dies. Things let loose, so to speak, and I know from experience:(
As far as the wait before EMS was called, Taz and Moe were probably hoping they could revive her and all would be OK, as it had been done before. With their history, as wrong-headed as it was, I could see them doing that. You or I wouldn’t, but these folks sure weren’t like you or I. I wouldn’t mind if Moes and Taz’s licenses were pulled or suspended.

In her interview, KE said she "wished" she was there. She could have saved her. Really?? Saved her from what?? The drugs she was giving her?? She even had the gall to say that she knew the combination was dangerous.

Remember, Perper said that giving her the drugs was "not wise". And "wise" is the big reason that KE has a license.

The message from the University said the combination was deadly. And two people wouldn't fill the prescription. I believe that Kapoor got that list to the press because he realized the photo of him and Anna was to mislead the public.

It's not over yet. It took a year to nail Peterson. I don't see Howard's lawyers all happy and stepping to the mike....only threatening everyone.

The difference in the February 21 date for DL's DNA submission is that this time Rale said it was going to happen.

I would love to know the time of Rale's comment.  Apparently, there would be no more roadblocks to testing DL's DNA.  Why?

Efforts to block the test began again after ANS died . . . using new arguments.

I don’t believe that Anna was telling KE that one benzo wasn’t working (to get another type) and then still taking all of them. I don’t think Anna was even coherent enough to know what drugs she was taking (being given) or what effect they were supposed to have! I think KE was fully aware that she was giving Anna 3 or 4 different benzos, but she didn’t care! KE’s attitude was either ‘anything to shut her up’, or it was part of their plan (HKS & KE) to have Anna die of an ‘accidental’ drug overdose!

Either way, Perper’s finding that these drugs were all at ‘therapeutic’ levels is ridiculous!! How he can get away with that statement WITHOUT addressing the fact that NO ONE would ever be prescribed multiple benzos to take at the same time, is beyond imagination!! I have been absolutely STUNNED at the actions these so-called professionals have been able to get away it (including Perper)! It’s criminal IMO.

Maybe he was in recovery before he ever finished medical school - like maybe he had done some kind of performance-enhancing something at USC and had a change of heart, so came back to the Caribe to finish med school.

Just thinking out loud here, but we don’t know that it happened after he was a doctor. Although, it would explain his going from “psychiatrist” to “psychologist” but would not explain his treating ANS as an MD/psych.

The chances of Anna grabbing the chloral hydrate for whatever reason are about 1,000,000 to one. Howard was right there and at 178 lbs, just the vibration would give him fair notice. But he said she was fine at 9:30, except for being weak and tired and 2 hours later she was dead.

He said Daniel was fine at 6:30, except for being tired and two hours later he was dead.

What Howard did say that didn't make any sense at all was: "Daniel said he was sleepy and maybe in hindsight, I should have thought more of it." Since when did "sleepy" equate to "death".....except if referring to drugs....except Howard never mentioned that he thought Daniel was on drugs....In fact, there was a statement made by one of his attorneys that "drugs" as a cause was pre-mature.

Heart attacks don't make you "sleepy" and most other body failures have outstanding symptoms.....one of which is not "sleepy".

Tho things "let loose" it doesn't account for the neglect on the ME's part to examine these loose things. Nor does it explain how when this happened people's noses didn't turn them towards Anna's care. She stank up the room and the nurse is typing away on the comp? Geez.

So, what are we to take away from this? That they get a pass for being soulless freaks?

Thanks....We'll just have to wait and see. In the meantime, I think Howard's function is to steer all interest away from the Inquest AND THAT INCLUDES GETTING LARRY OUT OF TOWN. He did volunteer and was accepted as a witness for the Inquest.

Howard also wants the baby "out of sight, out of mind"....at least in the Bahamas. That'll shift interest to Larry.

Howard wants to concentrate on PR in the Bahamas.....and getting rid of that jury and a few witnesses.

I am gobsmacked by Perper’s decisions. I just don’t get it. How he didn’t question anything.

Well, I was just pointing out the timeframe of knowing she needed to be clean of drugs. It had already been two weeks since she *needed* to be and wasn’t.

BTW, January 22nd was the approximate date when they finalized the purchase of the Cracker in FL. In fact, come to think of it, that must have been when ANS gave them the orders for the remodeling and decorating designs, so that they were ready on Feb. 8th.

What that means is ... when KE told Perper and ET that ANS was upbeat and “forward-thinking” about her bright future, “planning all the decorating for the new pink accoutrements for outfitting the new boat” ... that she was lying.

KE had been with ANS all those weeks before - and she mentioned the boat-designing-planning in with ANS’s “dance lesson” on that Monday before she died. It was already done! Hmmm.

There were bloodstains in the same area of the sheet, but that abscess was deep within the tissue, not on the surface of the skin yet, so I wonder what was bleeding. OK, maybe *that* - but something else?

If Howard thinks that a whole bunch of people are going to get on the stand at the inquest and lie for him, he’s nuts. He wants only one thing played....and that’s probably the police report from Anna which probably says that Howard has been wonderful through all this....blah, blah, blah. His game is going to be “getting rid of witnesses”. No telling how many “videos” he has stashed.
