Are you suggesting that if LB did believe this to be true about Virgie that he would be voicing it to the media? That is simply preposterous...
What is my evidence to support my belief that Virgie’s ultimate goal will be to control the money?
Tex. Tex is all about the $$$$...he has a lifetime of history that supports this conclusion. Tex wouldn’t be involved if there wasn’t a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Tex has been quite clear what Virgie thinks about LB and that is that he was a one night sperm donor. There have been many other statements that made it clear that their objective was initially to get custody, shared custody or at least some form of guardianship that kept them involved in the $$$$.
I think the Bahamian Court has been sent clear signals that custody and shared custody was not an option but they are still fighting for some control of the $$$$.
Tex has said that he was going to make some people miserable with his PI’s and dirt they would uncover. They are working triple overtime trying to find SOMETHING...anything... on LB that could give them a toehold to grab the baby. They will pay HUGE $$$$ to anyone willing something to discredit LB.
Who started the rumor that LB was out partying in Bahamian clubs? Who was behind the gay guy coming out in the press with his story of a gay relationship with LB?
Tex will stop at nothing. They don’t care about what is right or best for that baby. They are in this for ONE THING... and that is $$$$$.
So believe what you will. But mark my words and you heard it here first... Virgie will show her spots in the coming years as an enemy of LB. He needs to be very, very careful in every facet of his life both privately and in public because Tex will have eyes and cameras trained on him.

It is rarely looked for in an autopsy. KE knew exactly what she was doing. We still don’t know if they looked for it in Danny’s autopsy and then there’s the “mystery drug” that has never been revealed...Because it would be embarrassing to the family?? There isn’t a drug out there that would be “embarrassing”. It’s an absurdity.
Bless his heart. I think Daniel was a good kid but was very immature and very isolated. With the age of 21 approaching I think he wanted to exert control over his own life. I think that was part of the reason why Anna wanted another child. As Daniel was growing older and getting a girlfriend she realized he wasn’t going to be her baby anymore. If Daniel and Anna had lived and if she had continued going on her path I predict that he and Anna would have been “estranged” within 5 years.
What you have to watch out for is Howard and his videos...Many are undated and edited. The most interesting one I saw was the one where Howard said: IMOW "If I had harmed Daniel, do you think Anna would have protected me?" because I think they ran it by accident.
Just remember, ET and Howard are complicit in these videos.
The order for Dannielynn's DNA test and ANS's death were reported the same day. Opri and Rale said it would happen. After she died, HKS continued to fight the testing.

Yes Howie..I think she would protect you in public but in private she would berate you and call you out every single day. Like you bemoaned in that Iolugy at her funeral “You’re not here to protect me anymore”. What an odd thing to say..hmmmm.
I will have total custody of both my grandchildren if anything happens to my daughter and son in law and partial custody if she is still married. Tony can fight me. He won’t because they both believe that is what’s best for all.
I remember that one. A sober Anna would have ripped his balls off. A drugged/continually comatose Anna wouldn't have had too much to say about anything. Howard is an arrogant piece of doodoo, who like most psychopaths, believes that he can get away with anything. Hence that particular statement.
I never was much of an ET watcher, but now I've boycotted it permanently. Them and Dr. Phil.
It looks as if grandma was correct all along.
LB and Stern were friends before, and still remain so, now having called a truce, and will raise the baby together and rule Anna’s empire together in CA, according to LB’s statements. He obviously is giving Stern a pass for the deaths of Daniel and Anna.
Grandma knows once the baby leaves with LB and Stern, she will be unable to have a good relationship with her granddaughter, because Stern will make sure the baby will grow up making her own “I hate Grandma cause she's white trash” videos, lol.
It’s a longshot, but it appears she has decided to throw a hail-mary to make sure Stern at least has someone who is looking over his shoulders at all times, to see what he is up to.
Here’s to hoping grandma makes Stern squirm for as long as she is alive.
I think those are really important questions and someone or some agency should be asking them. Using CH seems to smack of desperation. NOTHING I could find suggests it as a detox “drug of choice.” I think either KE was desperate to detox ANS either because (1) the supply of methadone had evaporated and/or because (2) there was something loaming where ANS would be asked to submit to testing.
I found a really interesting, useful link on methadone detox regimes on a British link. I hate to bog down this board by copying it, but gosh, an awful lot of it - the use of clonidine, the mood swings and anxiety, the antianxiety meds, the cough syrup, all fit with someone going through what they called abrupt cessation.

Until I read this, I always wondered why KE steered clear of the antidepressants. This site made it very clear - antidepressants worsen withdrawal symptoms, even if an ongoing depression is making it harder to withdraw the patient.
I think KE had a real (self-created) disaster by the tail and she was getting desperate. I also think from reading more about methadone that HKS’s slow speech on some interviews, non driving and facial droopiness was probably from methadone as well. He certainly couldn’t afford to ever have his blood tested either, and not just b/c of DNA fears.
The more I read and think about it, the more I think HKS and KE were just plain desperate and blinded by fears for their own liabilities than about any consideration of overdosing ANS. I’m sure they resented the heck out of her for “putting them” in this jeopardy. It would have just been first things first with two psychopaths and their survival fears would have first and foremost. Her addiction was threatening them so badly, they probably just handed her the bottle whenever she complained.

The whole things seems strange to me, but i have no legal background. I guess it would of been too easy if once they found out Larry was the daddy to give him his daughter, end of story. I guess i could see Virgie fighting to get custody of Dannielynn if there was no father or the father could not be located or the father was unfit.

So sadly true. I can’t think of any good pastor and not some celebrity stunned one, who could have lasted “in the ring.” The first thing they’d have said would have caused such an uproar that they’d have been invited/tossed out immediately.
What a nightmare. After Daniel’s death there was no one who wasn’t hired with an eye to protecting everyone’s sorry criminal behinds from any input that would have caused ANS to question the course she was on. I can’t remember, did the autopsy doctor look under ANS’s and Daniel’s tongue for needle marks. Of course Daniel’s might have been only once and I don’t think that would leave a mark... Also ANS was put on all those injectable vitamins which, IMO, were just CYA maneuvers to provide an excuse for needles, syringes, and injection sites if need be.

Frankly, IMHO, no one is "clean" in this whole entire saga.
I just don't think it is wise for LB to be "friends" with Stern in any manner whatsoever. It was not Virgie who stood by while both Anna and Daniel died.....or even did worse.
I have to go run errands and will be gone until late today but here are some of my thoughts.
What is the truth?
That is the question that has kept us so intrigued about this case and the characters involved.
Is HKS a greedy and clever psychopath that had to kill Daniel and ANS because his grip and control over her was slipping? Was he afraid that if she got sober that she would remove him as she had so many others before him?
Did HKS have extensive “dirt” on ANS? Was he blackmailing her to retain control?
Or, as the members if the ANS have parroted did HKS “love” ANS and was she the “center of his universe and reason for living”? Was ANS unhinged and HKS kept her functioning and alive by his management of her career and drug addiction? Did dealing with her over a decade drive him to the brink and drug use and partying and ultimately the carelessness that killed her?
The facts are that the people who know many of the answers have a dog in this fight. There is a lot of money being spread around to various parties who have vested interests. The truth may never come out just as many other mysterious deaths have remained shrouded in mystery.
The carnival of bizarro characters that surrounded ANS have allegience to HKS... I doubt that is by accident. HKS shut out those he didn’t control. Big Moe said some damaging things and the next thing you know he is hiding somewhere and then announces he is writing a book! Now what happened to that privacy agreement he signed when he began “not working” for ANS but became her good friend? I would say it must have become “lost” and is now nowhere to be found and this book has HKS’s blessing. In fact, Big Moe is reported to have “loaned” money to HKS out of his book advance.
How many other privacy agreements will be “lost” in order to get the continued support of ANS “friends” that know what the day to day relationship was between HKS and ANS?
The nannies were there day and night and have damaging statements that there was friction between HKS and ANS but they may be discredited. While that is damaging ANS even said in interviews that they fought a lot like brothers and sisters. ANS was not easy to get along with as we all know and evidence can be presented by HKS that she even hallucinated while high. There are many stories of ANS thinking that demons were under her bed and would get her if she stepped onto the floor and demons having sex in the sky and other bizarro things. She was a mentally ill woman and a total drug addict... so whatever she believed may have been skewed.
LB knows a LOT... and he and HKS were bitter enemies when HKS was keeping him from his child. But then either through premeditated murder or extreme irresponsibily/carelessness on the part of HKS ANS died.
The death of ANS opened a brand new door for LB that actually has changed his life dramatically. He always wanted Hollywood and a career there and now is he extremely famous and hugely popular. He now is certain to get custody of the child whom he hoped to eventually get visitation only!
LB will become extremely wealthy from all of this. His child will become even more wealthy. None of this would have happened if ANS hadn’t died. Had ANS lived it was a lifetime of conflict with her over this child and visitation and the usual nastiness that estranged couples have over children.
Is LB being practical that he isn’t going to be part of a witch hunt to hang HKS if he doens’t stand in his way with the child? Is it possible that he truly believes it was an accident on HKS’s part and he doesn’t blame him for her death now? He did at one time because he voiced it on an interview...
So...what is the truth and will we ever know it completely?
I doubt it very seriously but I hope I am wrong and somehow, some way the inquest goes forth and a smoking gun is found with HKS’s fingerprints on it. Right now it looks pretty good that he will skate and actually become a weaththy man in his own right through his connection with ANS’s estate.
Which is why they are together now in the same house, when LB could have moved the baby to a hotel or in a house with grandma on the island.
Since LB is the father, he has made the decision on what is best for his child, and it looks like he wants to keep Stern around as evidenced by his extolling of Stern’s virtue in the press, and he obviously is OK with Stern’s remaining in charge of Anna’s legal and financial machinations, regardless of his involvement in the deaths of Danial and Anna.
Maybe grandma can pierce this veil, and be some ck on Stern, but it looks unlikely.
