LB seems to be a very sweet guy, he appears like Stern’s little brother, both lived with Anna during their darkest days, they have a huge bond.

Which is why they are together now in the same house, when LB could have moved the baby to a hotel or in a house with grandma on the island.

Since LB is the father, he has made the decision on what is best for his child, and it looks like he wants to keep Stern around as evidenced by his extolling of Stern’s virtue in the press, and he obviously is OK with Stern’s remaining in charge of Anna’s legal and financial machinations, regardless of his involvement in the deaths of Danial and Anna.

Maybe grandma can pierce this veil, and be some ck on Stern, but it looks unlikely.

I think the court ordered that the baby remain where it is and that HKS cooperate with LB to make the transition. I believe that LB will be free to take the baby on Wednesday after being given legal custody.

LB will petition the court to allow him to leave the Bahamas and return voluntarily in June for a final hearing on Virgie’s petitions. Virgie will try to block that fearing he will not return.

I think LB will get permission to leave (I don’t think the Bahamas would actually care if he took the case to California and didn’t return!) and will return to California.

At that time he can have his attorney’s file the probate in California with his daughter as sole heir. This is where HKS and LB can help eachother and negotiate the handling of the estate. If LB makes a deal with HKS there will be no competing claim with the will and it will avoid years of litigation.

Thats my guess. LB has already said he is tired of fighting and wants it to end. He is not a person that enjoys conflict while HKS had had a lifetime of it with ANS and against her enemies in court. He would have no problem continuing the battles if necessary.

I don’t think you understand this case. Just because Larry has been named as the father paternity wise, doesn’t mean he has custody. Larry can’t just walk up and take the baby, nor can he go move in with Grandma. Until that court grants him custody of Dannielynn, he is at the mercy of HKS to see her.
