Oh, and by the way - it turned out that the neighbor killed both his wife AND the lady who went walking and never came back! So that LINK was legitimate even though at first there was NOTHING else to tie the two missing people together.

I think if this investigation had just been about Anna Nicole or just been about Daniel Smith - there would be far fewer suspicions about the role that Stern played in these deaths. Yes, there would be some but not as much.

It is these DUAL DEATHS that make any person with any common sense to sit up and take notice that there is a causal connection.....not just related to the drugs but also to the people around them who supplied the drugs....and HOW those drugs were supplied.

You are right - You did post about the similarities? That would be a good table to be able to post....I have been trying to find out how to do tables but so far what I’ve found is so complicated, I could never do it. That would be a good one to do....but then again we don’t know all the details about Daniel’s death EVEN NOW!!!! (an outrage by itself)

Birkhead would be a fool to make any negotiations with a man who purposely fled the country to assist in withholding Birkhead's child from him. (If indeed that proves to be true)

No amount of 11th-hour, change of heart by Howard K. Stern to "do the right thing", while slipping in the financial advantages he wants, changes the fact that Howard K. Stern was just as responsible in this devious plot as Anna Nicole Smith was.

I guess we'll see what Larry Birkhead is actually made of on Tuesday, but I don't rule out a Thompson baby either.

This saga has all the drama to include that sort of twist.

Yes, the police and Perper investigations actually open up more questions than they answer.

And these questions are just common sense questions, such as why didn't the police seal off the room immediately after Anna's death?

And why didn't the police or the ME people get and test the brown liquid in that glass and the "excuse me - vomit" and blood in the hotel room sink and linens - to find out what substances were in there - what about the blood.....

And most of all - why was there a 35 - 45 min gap between the time the first person in the suite "found" Anna in her unconscious state before EMT were called?

And there are tons more questions. My bet is after we get the "facts" about Daniel's death, there will be tons more questions that go unanswered unless the Bahamian courts surprise me totally.

....Except that the woman (doc I think) interviewed on Guifoyle last night said the CH is tasteless...why the need to disguise it at all? And if she’s right, then Perper lied, AND there is a possibility that Daniel may have drank what HKS prepared for Anna and not even known it.

AND, maybe that is why ANS reportedly told HKS it was his fault that her son was dead.

Yes, exactly.

These people need to be under oath in a court of law detailing what they say happened that week. Not just that day.

The only reason they are not so far is that the Seminole Police dept investigators did not do a thorough investigation nor did Perper. By that I mean they did not gather all the facts in the case, follow them to find the truth, regardless of the ultimate result. As you say - they had a predetermined result in mind - to show that there was no foul play in Anna's death.

Sad for Anna - will Daniel get the same result? We'll know more this week (is his inquest going to restart this week also?<>P> Then I really will shut up and leave for the night.

Excel would be a good program to do it because you could stick in times as they became known but I wouldn't know how to get a file from my files to here...and I have loads of stuff to do this week.

And we simply don't know tons of things like EXACTLY when KE left for California in BOTH cases. Her phone calls. Howard's phone calls.

I'm absolutely betting that Moe called Taz after he had just left because HOWARD called Moe and said he couldn't get ahold of Taz...or something like that...and he (Howard) wanted to check on Anna. Moe's call alerted the girls and they urgently called Moe...Then Moe...CALLED HOWARD BACK...
