Larry is treating Dannielynn as a marketable, licensed commodity..no better than Stern’s plans for her. Brikhead is already headed down the *socio-path* under HK$’ evil influence - may already include prescription medication!!!!
That little girl needs a grandmother with extended family - and I don’t see a Birkhead plunging into the challenge. An environment restricted to the Eroshevich and Stern grand-dragons is terrifying.
Did anyone see Greta yesterday? I was told she was on an hour late and referred during a break to Rita Cosby's book as "salacious." Late she supposedly had Howard Stern on or a clip about him speaking out against the book.

Rita has organized and listed contradictions for those folks who were satisfied when *Larry got the baby*. I hope, as she has stated, the facts will lead to a more thorough investigation into both murders.
The book, however, does not include dates, players and facts that some great researchers on this thread have catalogued. An index and list of named sources, together with observations from our FR threads would have made the book a more compelling read - IMHO.
Perper was wrong, wrong, wrong in "opinionating" Anna's death an accident. He could have left it as questionable. He has contadicted himself many times.
Perhaps, Rita's book will arouse his conscience.
ET announced HKS would be on the program tonight crying and missing ANS. Why does this program promote him so much? I think I’ll write and ask what is their fascination with trash.
Howard K. Stern would ruin anyone’s life that he is around. I have a brother-in-law like that. He hasn’t killed anyone, but he is very manipulating and narcissistic. He only cares for himself; has no empathy, concern, compassion, or decency about him. We put up with him for years until we got proof that he was lying about us and turning family members against us. Even when my husband had double pneumonia last year and almost died, he pretended like he cared, but his darker, manipulative side came through. He is so much like Stern. My husband had to break ties with him. We hate it but we could not trust him anymore. I wish Anna could have gotten away from Stern’s clutches and turned her life around before it was too late. I feel like if anyone could do something, Mark Furhman could. I like him a lot.
HKS is the classical sociopath. He comes across like a ghoul. His claim that the book harms DL is a lie. The book harms him, LB, and KE.
I agree. He must be trying to gain sympathy for “poor Danielynn”. I’m not buying it. Still waiting for the lawsuit against Rita. I don’t think they have the nerve. So much more would come out. I saw about one minute of him on E.T. tonight (that’s all I can stand) and he really does look scary, and I also thought he looked worried. He should be.

And while the advance hype for former TV host Rita Cosby’s Blonde Ambition focused on the alleged sex between ANS hangers-on Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, the book points out one interesting oddity: Emergency services cannot be called directly from a room at the hotel-casino. The book delves into how a guest in trouble needs to call the operator first, who in turn calls several hotel officials, including the director of operations, before dialing 911.

Actually, Cosby writes about the potentially life-saving minutes ticking away as ANS’ entourage tried to figure out what to do as she lay dying.
It took nearly 40 more minutes of calls between Smith’s bodyguard and nurse and Stern and the hotel’s VIP liaison before emergency services were finally notified.
Whose fault? “The hotel found itself in a delicate situation,” Bitner said. “But the book’s focus is more on the behavior of Anna Nicole Smith’s associates, not the hotel..

pneumonia admission date was Nov 1 ‘06 - i don’t remember the maids saying LB was at horizons then, but we do have Speer saying LB did go to Bahamas in Jan with Splash crew
if the story happened at all.....maybe it was the first two weeks of Jan when ANS was being ‘pregnated’ (aha!) or maybe it was back in 05 before she dumped him, or maybe it was the Jan visit he freudian slipped about to seidlin which doesn’t bode real well when we also realize that it was in jan, that ans showed up to hardrock looking like a mac truck hit her. and his saying he’d never seen DL or the ‘toys I sent her’ before HK ‘allowed visit’ would have been lies, too.
When I read Speer’s account about Jan trip with Splash Crew in bushes, I realized why HK was so mad about Virgie having Splash person and made a big deal about it in Seidlin’s court !! - i BET, HK/LB wanted Splash to cover them exclusively and when they didn’t they were furious and used it against Virgie !
I think the only entirely true statement we’ve gotten from LB is that he did, ‘plan’ to get ANS pregnant, and he did ‘plan’ to get custody of DL (to the benefit of him and HK). As Bon-Bon recently said, ‘they work so well together’.
I believe the agreement of January 6, 2006 is the key. It says he won't go to the media about Anna under penalty of $10,000,000. My guess would be that "he never got paid" and when HOWARD claimed "fatherhood", he was furious.
Howard said that according to HIS calendar, she got pregnant in DECEMBER and I think that WAS correct and think Larry "lied" when he said it was New Years Eve.
The reason I'm thinking this is that I got pregnant in December and my daughter was born the last week of August...10 days early. I think Anna was "right on time"!! She never SAID early on when she was originally due and I think the eight month notice in the press was "cr**".

I don't know if ANS selected the date of delivery, but I understand this is done sometimes with C-sections. I've even heard of doctors inducing or stopping labor if it interfered with their plans. I imagine there would be a lot of lawsuits if this could be proved. Anna surely would have been pregnant when that 1/6/06 agreement was signed, which could indicate she was one month *late* with a positive pregnancy test.
To support that theory - DL was born exactly 8 months + 2 days from 1/6/06. IIRC C-sections are scheduled close to the *natural* due dste for maximum development of the baby.
Gees, I have told my husband umpteen dozen times not to interrupt me when I'm typing on the computer, but he never listens! I was talking about my first grandchild here, and had deleted something, and when my "oldest child" interrupted, I goofed! You know it was all his fault!!!
Sod, you're probably right about when they schedule C-sections. In this case, when my daughter went for her regular check-up, they discovered something was not quite right. They put her on a monitor all day and were going to let her go home that night, but when the doctor checked something else, he came back and said they had to move quickly to save the baby. His blood sugar had dropped dangerously low, so they delivered him early. He stayed in prenatal for a week before he was allowed to go home.
With ANS, I guess we'll always be trying to find out what the truth is...seems like all the players - HKS, LB, and ANS - had trouble telling the truth.

Of course!!!! They had their own version of reality - Anna just *wished for* a blue-eyed, blonde baby girl - but no husband! LB wanted to *father* a child for money and/or tabloid reputation! HK$ wanted a low-maintenance, replacement *golden goose*.
Anna had no clue that her *wishes* could be so badly twisted into opportunities for those 2 leeches!!!
