IMHO there is enough news footage to document *child endangerment by exploitation” to get her removed from those 2 morons. She has been on a permanent photoshoot since birth - but what kind of day-to-day care is she getting? i.e. physician check-ups, immunizations etc.,?? There are laws governing infant/child actors, which I think could apply to Dannielynn.

Thanks for the audio address. Rita sure didn’t sound intimidated, did she? I hope and pray her book and interviews will create enough interest that Seminole and Broward counties in Florida and the Bahamas will realize what a black eye their justice departments have received because of their lack of investigating the untimely and suspicious deaths of ANS and her son. Several people in these areas ought to be exposed for negligence or perhaps corruptness, IMO.

I don’t think they ever had “Hannah Rose” Dannielynn in the room with them after Daniel died, but that might be some kind of guarded secret. The nurses and hospital people can testify to that, yea or nay.

I thought it was just total chaos in that room with the resuscitation efforts and all the medical personnel, plus Anna going nuts, and I assumed the baby was in the nursery, because she hadn’t been brought in to Anna yet - it was still “sleep time” in Anna’s room.

Howard Stern's statement about damage to Dannielynn from Rita Cosby's book is utter nonsense. Does he expect Larry Birkhead to read to Dannielynn and explain the sordid details?

Has Larry Birkhead even read Rita's book, or any book? Somebody, maybe Rita, said he was making threats before he had read the book.

Everyday is a party for a baby. Larry should have had a quiet, discreet party for Dannielynn “at home”. But HOME would get us within the walls....the walls that ANNA owned and was robbed of...by death!!

Larry - the incredible shrinking loser. He is simply not in the same league as *the other one* who was too clever to create a *good guy persona* that could be ripped apart.

HK$ maintained an incredibly phony, but bland, monotone, unresponsive demeanor. Never *putting on* a happy-go-lucky facade. He looked diabolical, he made hateful characterizations of his adversaries that he retracted as needed, because he is so completely evil. By comparison, Larry is just a greedy, stupid amateur.

I like it when stories get mixed up.....because that's how you catch the lies. I was under the impression FROM LARRY that he was "right there" in the early months....

But now I'm thinking about it again and his statement about the hospital and the fingerprint Babybook, the drugs and Howard and that Larry is "mixing" his stories. IIRC, he said Howard was giving her drugs when that is what she wouldn't have been pregnant at the time. That might have been when she was in the hospital supposedly with Pneumonia??

All you have to remember is seeing that picture of Howard holding the cup with the straw....and the gross one of him doing "something" sexual with her.

I have to think that Howard has some disgusting videos that Howard of Larry and Anna. If Anna would cuddle up to Gibson for a PERSONAL photo...She'd more than cuddle up with Larry for a PERSONAL photo.

Remember, Howard said PERSONAL photos were taken from the house.

Wonder what LB’s mouthy stepmother thinks now that the public is seeing another side of Larry? I imagine public opinion would be divided about his sexuality, but, regardless of his sexuality, his behavior makes him unfit as a parent. We’ve read and seen horror stories about ‘stage mother’s’, and it seems like Larry intends to be a 'stage daddy' for Dannielynn. That baby should be allowed to be a normal child without being exploited by LB and HKS. It’s obvious LB has sold out to HKS...why else would he embrace KE and Bonnie Stern? He and HKS have cut Virgie out of the baby’s life for one reason only...she stands between them and their effort to get all monies the baby MIGHT inherit. It’s time these two social misfits are held accountable for all the lies they have told and the harm and hurt they have inflicted on others - all in the name of greed!

Let’s review the ridiculous comment by HK$ that *3 year-old Dannielynn will need psychiatric help*. Why 3 years??? That is strange - why not 5-6 or 16. Wonder what is planned for her third birthday?

Other, more obvious reasons she may need counseling - she finds all the twisted videos taken by one of her *two daddies* showing her dead brother, dead mother and the gruesome twosome who used and abused her mother during the last years of her life.

Also, what about his *known associates*? There is enough testimony that HK$ & KE are suspected illegal drug purveyors, addiction enablers, check forgers, unemployed squatters and grifters. Virgie might have an excellent custody case in the Bahamas. That’ll shake things up - if Larry loses custody based on his present non-employment and living arrangements. How is he going to show that he can financially support Dannielynn, without admitting that he is living in *her house* and that her photos have earned *publication fees* to support him??????

You made me laugh, has Larry read “any book”. I doubt it. Howard has the gall to say that Rita’s book will ruin Danielynn. How about when she finds out that Howard used and abused her mother and exploited her for money? The videos of her mother drugged up and pictures of her brother, after he died. The backroom deal that her father made with Howard. Does Howard think we are stupid? If DL goes into therapy it will be because of her father and Howard. But, hopefully the two of them will be in prison and she can be raised by someone who actually loves her and not her money. I don’t believe there will be any Marshall money, but DL should still have the rights to her mother’s likeness and image, which should bring in some money through the years. Apocalypto, you really got me started. I could write all day long, but better stop now. I just want to see justice served, first by having an inquest.

We might consider that HK$ treated Anna much like an automobile that he had *rented to own* and when she had too many miles on her, had outlived her usefulness, a new model was put on order from the dealership.

HK$ treated Daniel in a similar fashion - when he became inquisitive he was shoved aside - no compassion, no remorse -it was Daniel’s love & concern for his mother that sealed his fate.

Sociopath just like O.J.Simpson - treated Nicole as a possession much like his sports memorobilia!

I agree with everything you said. Anna and Daniel had outlived their usefulness. Then the money could all be Howard’s. That is until Larry proved himself to be the father. Larry had better watch out for his and DL’s sake. People around Howard seem to drop like flies.

I agree. It is Howard Stern who has and will, if given a chance, do damage to Dannielynn. Bad things happen to those in contact with him.

It is Larry Birkhead's ignorance (he has a tough time speaking clearly), nastiness, lack of parenting skill and affection, and keeping her from contact with her mother's side of the family that might damage Dannielynn. Also, this media explotation of her is not healthy.

As others here have noted, there is already enough to get CPS involved and this claim might be a prelude to have Khris Erosovich or some other crony of Howard Stern charge big buck to "treat her.

BTW, the children of John F. Kennedy were not damaged by brutal books about him and his sexcapades. Of course, they did not have a Howard Stern in their lives.
