Somehow, I feel as though Leroy would have been there in person, himself, to say those actual words, if they were true. *We shall see.*
The Tribune has not explained how it obtained stolen photos from the computer in the home of Anna Nicole Smith. These photos published of former Minister Shane Gibson were taken off the stolen computer it was revealed during the week from the Simpson house. The Tribune always speaks of morality yet it is using stolen material and presumably is still in receipt of it. In law, the receiver is just as guilty as the thief. Hmmm!
He said “I think” and then immediately switched to “dream” as if it would be more mystical and heart-rending for his sleep to be disturbed.
Heck, I don’t know his “angles” - I can’t think that way. I just know that he will always try to find something to make himself look more sympathetic - like always enlarging and exaggerating the number of years he was “with” Anna Nicole.
One more day of it, I’m sure. They’ve done just about everything they can do on the baby’s birthday.
Oh, speaking of that. I just “had” to look at eBay while my virus isn’t “forcing me to” with popups and all - just to see if any of the birthday group had items for sale, lol.
Too funny - all I found was a paper plate taken from the trash after the party - the only one clean enough after the cake stuff was scraped off, to present for sale!

This went up for auction on Sunday and has *0* bids, lol!
How tacky! I agree with you the plate was so plain it was ugly. With all the money LB is taking off of that poor baby you think he could spend a little more money on birthday cake plates that displayed a little imagination.

What a dumbass?!! How many children do you know who can read at age 1? Do you suppose he wants to set her up with Dr. KE when she turns 3 and get her started on drugs earlier than ANS? I caught a few seconds of Howard on ET this evening and he looks so evil. His personality goes with his looks...morbid, and, IMO, Birkhead gets grubbier and more stupid-looking and acting with each new picture. I would hate to have either of these creeps touch one of my grandchildren!

This small item is from June and it looks like the Judge is going to have a show next year. Don’t know if I’ll watch or not, but definitely won’t watch if Larry gets a show.
Did you know that Rita will be on Montel Williams tomorrow? It’s on my local Channel 5. I hope you can get it. It should be good. Not sure what time, will have to check on it.
Yeah, I have a Post-It on my puter for tomorrow. Not sure how much of the show she will have, though. There are other topics and many more guests, including Donnie Hogan, Don Clark and another person on the ANS topic.
Montel is on at 11AM on our local Fox affiliate. LOL, I knew that because my former neighbor liked what’s-her-name, oh, the psychic, Sylvia - somebody - who is on his show on Wednesdays and I found it for her to watch after her granddaughter died.
Anyway, the time slot and station stuck with me for some reason, although I’ve never watched it except a couple of times for certain crime case news. I don’t have real high hopes for this tomorrow, but will watch with interest, if I’m not asleep (I’m a day sleeper).
I thought it was funny when they were talking about the “serious allegations” in Cosby’s book and got into all the gossip about celebs - and LB says “yeah, they had *me* losing 26 pounds!”
Now, there’s a really serious allegation!
Yeah, I would’ve thought that if you could order them online, why in the world not personalize them with her name and the party dates and all that?
Even “normal” people do that for their parties, even kids’ parties. These were just some stock design, obviously done on a very simplistic computer program.

I don’t usually watch Montel but thought I would tomorrow. I found out it’s on at 9:00 a.m. CST. I’m taping it because I doubt that I’ll be awake at that time, since I can’t sleep now. Just watched the rerun of Greta and saw her legal panel really give it to Howard K. Stern. They don’t think much of him. I don’t think anybody does.

Guard: Larry Birkhead posed at Anna Nicole’s son’s grave
A decorated former deputy with the L.A. Sheriff’s Dept. who worked as a bodyguard for Larry Birkhead claims that the father of the late Anna Nicole Smith’s baby Dannielynn fake-posed at the grave of her son Daniel.
Mark Speer said he was guarding Birkhead in the Bahamas when Birkhead called Splash News, a paparazzi and tabloid news agency.
Speer, 53, told us: “Larry and I went to Nassau for over a week in January of this year. One day he said he wanted to go to Daniel’s grave, ostensibly to pay tribute to him on his birthday. But it turned out he had another idea. He said, ‘We’re going to meet two guys from Splash.’
“They had arranged to wait in some bushes at the cemetery. They took pictures of Larry pretending to be sad and emotional at the grave site. Only the Splash guys weren’t quite satisfied, so they asked him to do it again, and for me to get out of the picture. We did three takes. That was the first sign to me that Larry was in it for the money.” When police were investigating Daniel’s death, Speer says, “I was in the room when he gave the police a statement.” He claims that Birkhead alleged to authorities that Smith’s attorney Howard K. Stern “was wiring money from Anna’s estate to offshore accounts and that he’d forged her signature.” Birkhead also claimed he’d “watched Howard giving [Smith] drugs,” Speer says.
Speer adds, “I was with Larry when he went to meet Howard at the Horizon mansion [in the Bahamas]. It was a secret meeting, where he got to see Dannielynn. ... I heard Howard tell Larry that he’d give him custody of the baby if he [would allow] Stern to remain as executor of the estate. Larry said, ‘I’ll think about it.’
“At one point, the baby burped up some fluid on a blanket. Howard said, ‘I bet you’d like to have that for DNA.’?” Even more shocking is a trip Speer says he took with Birkhead on a private jet belonging to a wealthy friend of Smith’s. The friend’s wife “pulled out a stack of photographs,” Speer recalls. “They were pictures of Anna and the baby ... in a hospital bed with her son Daniel. Daniel appeared to be dead. [The friend] told me he was dead.”
Stern’s attorney L. Lin Wood did not answer e-mailed questions by deadline; Birkhead did not return our call.
just for giggles, let’s dig in our memories and rerun all the statements that LB has said in the press since Oct ‘06...including sworn testimony, about ‘planning’ a baby, finding out Anna was preg “together” with preg tests, knew for certain at b’day party (Jan 21) cause she ‘ate the entire cake’, going “baby-stuff shopping”, holding her hand while she was taking drugs, (allegedly in Jan/Feb/Mar) taking CPR classes “in case something when wrong’ etc etc etc etc ......got a good picture??? ok, then cast your eyeballs on THIS, from ABC NEWS 20/20 (stars added by me for emphasis):

This 20/20 interview appears to be in direct conflict with his Sworn Testimony in Seidlin’s court and in what he told Opri.

for someone who supposedly knew about the baby since Jan, and had been actively ‘planning’ it seems odd to use the expression, ‘I have been told’..maybe it’s just me.. wonder what derogatory term LB will have for 20/20’s Deborah Roberts when this interview comes back to haunt him. lol :)
