That "Plan" was a bad term to use. When you get married or are having a serious relationship, you "Plan" for children.

I believe the agreement of January 6, 2006 is the key. It says he won't go to the media about Anna under penalty of $10,000,000. My guess would be that "he never got paid" and when HOWARD claimed "fatherhood", he was furious.

Howard said that according to HIS calendar, she got pregnant in DECEMBER and I think that WAS correct and think Larry "lied" when he said it was New Years Eve.

The reason I'm thinking this is that I got pregnant in December and my daughter was born the last week of August...10 days early. I think Anna was "right on time"!! She never SAID early on when she was originally due and I think the eight month notice in the press was "cr**".

Do you remember how much Dannielynn weighed when she was born? I believe there are several ways to calculate the date of birth. I remember with my first baby, the Ob figured the date by counting days method, and she said the baby would be born about 2 1/2 weeks later than she was. However, using the method used in the website listed below, she was right on time, and so was the second child. They had to do an emergency C-section, and thought he would be 3 weeks premature, but after delivery, they said he was 5 to 6 weeks early. Thanks God, he is fine today and once they got his blood sugar regulated, he was fine.

I don't know if ANS selected the date of delivery, but I understand this is done sometimes with C-sections. I've even heard of doctors inducing or stopping labor if it interfered with their plans. I imagine there would be a lot of lawsuits if this could be proved. All of this is to say, maybe either LB's or HKS' dates could be correct depending on the method of counting the time or the scheduling of the operation. http://pregnancy.about.com/cs/duedates/a/duedates.htm

I think they were acting from the git-go. IMO, the ‘preg conf agmt’ was a ruse, fabricated long after the fact, as a way to justify why LB was at ANS’s house ‘invited’ at the same time she was complaining in emails that she was having to ‘change the locks and alarms’ to keep LB out. LB stated that in Jan, HK was ‘gone’ (working on SCOTUS case). Considering that HK was a pimple on ANS’s butt, I’d doubt that version. HK was letting LB in, IMO, and a concerted effort was underway to impregnant ANS, since she was ‘getting away’ (becming more and more attached to Shelleys/BT -—AND—becoming closer and closer to Daniel).

Recall that LB had no problems with the preg conf ‘agmt’ on May 3, when he stated to the press, rather arrogantly and unequivocally, “I have been told...I have talked to the doctors...”

Also recall, that LB/HK state that ANS was ‘pregnant’ ON Jan 3 (or 6th depending on version). The medical math doesn’t support a ‘miscarriage’ occurring, with a subsequent pregnancy event within one week of miscarrying. whoever wrote that ‘agreement’ had absolutely no informed concept of what happens to a woman’s body when she miscarries, but again,, it made a good excuse for why LB was at ANS’s house !! :)

I remain committed to the theory that LB and HK hatched their plan circa Nov 21, when ANS made clear her future intentions by flying to the Shelleys (as she subsequently did again, May 3 or thereabouts)
