In order to control Anna, HK$ had to drug her to death - but LB is already brain-dead....not much of a challenge there!
I only saw a brief section of LKL. Larry Birkhead came across as scared and a liar. Ron Rael sounded the worst like a cheerleader for Howard Stern. Rale should be investigated.
If they sue Opri, then it means he must have told her those things.
Hope some of you are reading Rita’s book and will post excerpts that you find intriguing, new, what we already suspected, etc.,
We need more reporters like Rita Cosby. She has been greatly underestimated.
I did not see Greta's "On the Record" but I am hugely disappointed if she sides with Howard Stern.

IIRC Opri stated that she could no longer represent LB, because “she could not be a party to unethical behavior” (something like that).
Question: Are attorneys required/permitted to report/disclose criminal behavior if it post-dates and is unrelated to the original representation?
ie: If, while Johnny Cochran was handling the first two murders, OJ killed Kato Kaelin on a lunch break and Cochran knew about it.

IMHO: If you have an attorney and make deals "on the side", with the enemy, you have the right to drop the case and all monies are due. I think this is what Opri was trying to tell us...without telling us. In other words, I think the underlying theme for Birkhead is that Howard and he made a deal and Opri's work didn't mean a thing in the end.

LB accidentally hired a *real* attorney - rather than a mouthpiece. The *conflict* was all for show - probably to fool Anna into thinking LB & HK$ were *fighting* over her and DL.
When she got suspicious and scared - it was too late!
IMHO, panic has gripped Larry Birkhead and the creepy Rale. Like some of you hear stated, at the moment the only sane person seems to be Virgie Arthur. It is obvious now why she wanted legal access to Dannielynn. Larry Birkhead played such dirty tricks on her as did the tag team of Seidlin and Milstein.
I'm now kinda glad that the inquest hasn't been held yet and I think perhaps Howard's DELAY TACTICS may be his downfall in the end. There may be more people NOW who are willing to go to the Bahamas to testify!!
If the present inquest list of witnesses are in order of appearance, I'd say it should be changed and HOWARD should be the FIRST witness not the last. IIRC, his attorney had advised him to "say nothing".

LB tried to slam Rita by saying she had *lost her job(s) and was desperate* Rita was poached away from Fox by MSNBC - just to dump her. That’s despicable.
She’s a spunky journalist with a resume and talent. LB should be so respectable.
