Rita states that it wasn’t 15 minutes..it was a full hour before Moe called to check on Anna. He called around 1. Tas went into the room to work on Anna’s computer because Moe’s was messing up. Bridget heard Tas talking to Moe and that’s what made her come in. Rita elaborates (not sure if she got this from Bridget or was just taking literary liberties) that Bridget did not like Anna sleeping so much and would make sure that she would get out and about in the Bahamas and this is why she was so anxious to actually see and talk to Anna.
All the KNOWN calls....Do you really think the Hard Rock would give those records out? They’re confidential. No Freedom of Information Act for Hotel Records!!!
Been watching bits of LKL. OMG! Debra Opri issued a statement saying that everything Larry’s saying on the show is a falsehood, and that she believes RC’s book to be pretty accurate. And that she will ahve more to say in future.
They wouldn’t let her phone in, either.

What a life, first with Anna and Stern in ct for decades, and now LB under Stern’s wing of legal morass. Imagine what it must be like to play the perpetual victim.
Poor LB, he should have stayed in KY, and away from Stern and his posse.

Let’s see...At 1:00, Howard was just arriving at the dock. If they all left at the same time, and it’s 20 minutes to the docks, where was Howard for the other 40 minutes. Bet he was talking to KE for one thing.
Well King Eric was with him and he could say if he did or did not contact KE. And it doesn’t say that Howie got there at 1:00. Somehow he had the time wrong and the appt was at 1:00 instead of at 12:00. When the yacht people got there HKS and King were waiting for them.
Greta and her panel of attorneys discussed the book and the lawsuits that were sure to follow. Ted, Bernie, and some white-haired, loud mouth guy think Rita is going to get sued and lose, but Jim (the former attorney in the D.A.'s office in L.A.) said Rita might win and he explained why. They were saying she had better be able to find the video. It's just my opinion, but I got the impression that Greta might lean toward HKS and LB. but she didn't say so. They said Opri could have Bar problems if she gave Rita material about LB. Greta commented on what a good guy Len Wood was and was a good friend. Ted, the black guy, said he might be a good guy, but he couldn't go around intimidating people...that they had First Amendment Rights. I think they must read our thread!! Greta could have considered Rita competition even though Rita is not an attorney...she does go after the story and has been successful.
I caught this on the rerun, and found all 4 men lacking in integrity! Larry has a semi-permanent sneer on his face most of the time, and his arrogance is overwhelming! According to him, he is going to sue everyone who says anything other than "he is a nice guy and a good dad"! What a load of cr@p. Just a couple of observations: Harvey Levin thanked LK for allowing him to do his program tonight! With him as host, you had no one to ask 'hard' questions or challenge any comments the 3 toads made...he's another HKS supporter bigtime! Rita wrote that HKS was overheard telling LB that 'he would give him his baby if he would allow him to be the Executor of the Estate'. When Harvey questioned LB about this, he switched the order of who said what, and had LB making the proposal, so LB could say that was a lie, because HKS allegedly made the suggestion.
This part bothers me because I'm afraid the inquest into Daniel's death may never be held. Levin asked Rale when the inquest would be held, and after much hemming and hawing and oodles of 'ah's and uh's', he said the inquest had been suspended because he believed a Magistrate had given an interview. He went on to say he wasn't sure what all had transpired or if there would ever be an inquest. I'd be willing to bet this action has been orchestrated by HKS and possible some of his entourage. They denied being in this for the money, but on Rale's resume, it states he won the largest monetary award ever when he won the Marshall trial for ANS. It was overturned, and is one of the things they want to try again...why? The money, of course! No one bothered to tell the public that HKS and LB had not done a day's work since ANS died!
Birkhead kept insisting that he was a nice guy and was 'above all these terrible actions done by others'. For example: 1) He made all kinds of snide remarks about Jackie Hatten and her brother.2)He had heard plenty of things (implied bad things) about Rita from Opri, and he could have written a book and exposed her, but he was above it. He sure as heck wasn't above leaking it on national t.v., was he? 3) He had nothing good to say about Opri, and I hope she can prove he lied, when she said he was telling falsehoods to the public. 4) He said Rita got some of her information from someone named Mark Spear...who he said left the 's' off the end of his name, because he didn't want anyone to be able to check up on him. Now, would a person (can't call him a man) whose character and demeanor was superior to everyone who had spoken ill of him, and who was such a nice person and good dad, stoop so low as to smear them with innuendos? Well, St. Larry did it! He even said he would 'go after anyone who got in his way'!!
Rale said he felt so sorry for HKS' parents - that they were like his parents - and Mrs. Stern was so worried about Howard. He said he had stopped by and visited her this afternoon. I have no intention of speaking ill of the Stern parents, because I don't think parents are responsible for the actions of their children. I would be concerned if either of my children were living the lifestyle Howard has been living. I don't think selling aphrodisiacs is a respectable career either!
I sure hope Rita has proof to support all that she has said and written. One thing for sure, she has restored the interest in this case. If it would just get justice for Daniel I would be happy! That child didn't deserve to die like he did. ANS didn't deserve to die like she did either, but she had lived a lifestyle that made it possible, if not likely, that she wouldn't enjoy a long life. JMO
It makes no difference who said what....It's what THEY agreed on. That may be the deal that Opri was talking about.
I'm sure Howard got it in writing. Like I've said, any confidential agreement that Howard has made has "File under blackmail" written on the outside of the file. WHEN the agreement was made made be more important than the agreement itself.
With Larry talking about a deal, it may open the door for Opri as far as confidentiality IF he said anything to her about it.

Agree and for those LB and HKS lovers, it isnt' about whether or not they are gay or lovers/butt buddies, it's about blackmail and IMO, that is what HKS held over LB to get him to agree to the "deal".

There seems to be a nucleus of attorneys, judges etc., who appear determined to help HK$ & his cohorts find an access route to Marshall’s money. Better an innocent infant, than a white trash stripper! Add the media moguls who have sided with HK$ in everything Anna - at the expense of Virgie.
Not hard to create a conspiracy theory. Billions of dollars??? Oil empire??? Wars have been fought!!!

Judge Reprimands Howard K. Stern for Violating Court Order
Jurors in the Houston Probate Court may have wondered why an attorney for Anna Nicole Smith suddenly began sitting in the audience in the rear of the courtroom instead of with his client and the other attorneys at counsels’ table trying the case. The reason is that Judge Mike Wood became enraged when Stern confessed to the blatantly unethical, fraudulent and unauthorized use of confidential financial documents which were protected by a known, legally binding confidentiality agreement and which Stern pilfered from the courtroom to use in another case.
If the intent to blackmail is written all over these agreements, are they really valid? I believe Larry said Opri broke a confidentiality agreement.
I think it's what happened with the Catholic Church when all the boys started to come out of the woodwork.
I remember that the judge said that if Stern had been a member of the Local Bar, he would have had him disbarred. Coming from a judge...That’s a very serious statement.
Most are focusing on the affair between Larry Birkhead and Howard Stern. Far more sinister aspects like how did Daniel and Anna die that should be in the main topic.
