What was really noticeable was that "O'Quinn is computer illiterate.
As leader of his firm, everything is left to helpers. I never use my email for work. It's either the phone or face to face.
I know quite a few attorneys via my work. I have NEVER gotten an email from any of them nor from any of my clients. It's how WE do business. We all fax though because it produces an instant hard copy.
What struck me about the deposition was the unprofessional, lackadaisical structure.
None of the participants seemed prepared - and there was nothing substantive disclosed - except for the email debacle. I hope that’s “the beauty of O’Quinn’s strategy”
