What happened to Bring It On? This is so disgusting. What does hks have on Thompson and Shelley.
The legal battle over Anna Nicole’s Bahamas home takes an interesting turn.
ET has confirmed that on August 16, 2007, G. BEN THOMPSON, the man who had claimed that he owned ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s Bahamas home, withdrew his lawsuit regarding the dispute over the Bahamian Horizons mansion, where she lived at the time of her death.
At the same time that he dropped his “notorious” lawsuit against Anna Nicole, Thompson filed a damages lawsuit against those parties that Thompson alleges were involved in the real estate deal.

Tony Potts gave Larry Birkhead some very good advice.
Last night on Showbiz Tonight Tony Potts said if it was her him he wouldnt let howard within a hundred yards of HIS CHILD.
TONY POTTS ALSO SAID LARRY SAID WELL HE NEEDS HOWARD FOR THINGS THAT ANNA’S THINGS......TONY POTTS SAID HE TOLD LARRY, “LOOK, LET YOUR LAWYERS TALK TO HIM....YOU DONT HAVE TO TALK WITH HIM.”

IIRC ANS (HK$) contacted *her friend* G. Ben Thompson to buy Horizons outright, because Thompson had the money & Anna didn’t. Anna probably could not get a bank mortgage herself, and we know HK$ couldn’t. So the plan was to buy the house in Thompsons’s name - who would then transfer the title to Anna - by way of a signed mortgage note to him. We know she refused to sign the mortgage loan.
Looks as if HK$ & Anna played Thompson for a sucker - with the help of someone in the Nassau law firm. Thompson has finally figured it out...and is going for the deep pockets.
Will try to print them for margin notes.
Have to make comparisons to all the known contradictions. Would like to believe that everything O’Quinn *disovers* will be forwarded to LE.
One more thought!
If Anna’s communications with Ben Thompson, (the Nassau law firm and everyone else involved in this fraud) were sent through the US MAIL, perhaps it could be considered a Federal case for a criminal enterprise!!!
And if HK$ has made blackmail threats, that would be a Federal crime!

We have been complaining about the Seminoles and Bahamians. If we consider the scope of crimes - they have crossed State and international waters! The mailed drugs, the custody flight, Daniel’s flight to death on foreign soil, the foreign boat moored in Florida, the international real estate deals with US funds, the foreign banking limits, $10K from KE’s California hubby!!! Emigration intent by a US citizen to avoid custody!
All of these offenses are international i.e. Federal in scope - not local. The FBI has to be involved!!!!

The courts and parties keep collapsing in Howie’s favor. What if they are being encouraged to stall and procrastinate on the civil matters?
Think about O’Quinn, who was clearly goading the toad (IMHO)to initiate some complaint which would permit discovery of all his activities.
Then there’s Virgie’s custody battle going off radar - which would have required more disclosure by Brikhead.
Then there’s Thompson’s suit for possession of Horizons - he is the owner of a potential crime scene - and he’s going AWOL.
Why would Brikhead’s friend invite HK$ to Kentucky? Has someone asked that HK$ be lured to the US?
Is it definite that Howard Stern was invited to the party? That is sleazy and indicates that there was collusion between him and Larry, unless Howie is being tricked to come to the US.

Rte heard a local TV reporter state he was NOT invited. I found several newspaper reports that stated he WAS invited. However, all the printed reports were identical and obviously from the same source.
Probably a deliberate effort to tease interest and hype his appearance or no show!
