It’s all up to the judge. I’m sure that Howard arranged for this to come up before a particular judge. Happens every day. May this judge be as “wise” as Seidlin.
He didn’t live there, as far as I know. Sometimes that FL mention shows up in database searches for Larry the Younger because he is in the court records in Broward Co. for getting the DNA sample from ANS.
If you look at the court filings there, it shows a “court paper” was given by Vickie Lynn Marshall to Larry Birkhead on March 7, 2007.
Some of those searches just grab anything that shows up in that name with that birthdate or other matching criteria, such as SS#, which I don’t ever use.
You’ll also find his dad having a listing in Burbank, CA - and I think in that instance he probably co-signed something or was on Larry the Younger’s lease or something like that - at any rate, he showed up there for no real reason.

I spent 6 years in LA County Probate Court probating my father’s will. We had different judges through the years. In the final analysis, there’s a person who goes over ever single line of the will, executor’s reports, expenses, CPA’s reports. That was a grueling process. That person was more than thorough and even said the executor had charged more than the estate was worth. I cannot imagine that anyone could judge shop in the probate court, frankly. Even so,the judge will do the exact same analysis that you all have done here and may decide that the old will is invalid. I don’t thinks it’s a slam dunk. These grifters are well known in the public eye now, and even if the judge doesn’t follow the gossip, you better believe his clerk and bailiffs do!
As an aside, everyone...before you hit the dirt and start becoming fertilizer for your roses, please, please make a trust for yourself so your loved ones don’t have to go through what I did.

“Don’t Read!! Personall,” warns the diary’s inside cover. But its author, Anna Nicole Smith, has no hold in death on the remnants of her life.
The public now can discover that she was delighted by rough sex, ecstatic over the prospect of plastic surgery for her breasts, and fearful of a jealous boyfriend. She was careless with spelling, punctuation, and, too often, with her own well-being.
Complaining about her then-lover’s carousing, Smith writes that she’ll break it off with him if he doesn’t stop. Then she amends her stand, according to new diary excerpts released exclusively to The Associated Press.
“We discussed it and he said he wouldn’t go out and get drunk no more unless it was with me,” Smith wrote in the diaries, which span about a year from early 1991 to 1992.
On an evening out a few weeks later with the same man (identified only by first name), Smith wrote that she got drunk and “asked a guy for his #.”
Her boyfriend “came unglued. threw me out of his house & broke up with me it was awlful he hit me and my mother,” she said.
The model and former Playboy Playmate, who was born Vickie Lynn Smith, was found dead on Feb. 8 in Hollywood, Fla., of a toxic mix of prescription drugs.
Copies of 60 diary pages were provided to the AP by Universal Rarities, a Corona-based auction house. The diaries were purchased from a memorabilia shop by a group of investors, who sold two of them to a German businessman for more than $500,000.
Those diaries were from 1992 and 1994 and included references to elderly Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, whom Smith married in 1994 and who died the next year.
The newly released handwritten diary pages are from a different diary and will be posted online at urauctions.com, said Thomas Riccio, a partner in Universal Rarities.
Smith’s tone in the entries veers between simple joy and deep-seated unhappiness.
One entry begins, “I’m a very sad person,” and is illustrated by a weeping face. Smith goes on to write that “my mom hates me so much. She is so jealous of me. ... I love my mom but I cant handle it anymore.”
She posts intimate details of an active sex life in often-graphic language. She rails against her boyfriend and, in the same scrawled entry, celebrates her upcoming breast surgery.
“I’m so excited I could scream. Ahhhhh I just feel so happy,” Smith writes, although she later expresses worry about the imminent operation and how she’ll look.
One of the more poignant passages deals with her shock at finding she’s pregnant.
“I’m so scared! How can this happen to me,” she writes, adding that her boyfriend “will hate me. he don’t want kid. Can’t do it!”
She underlined the last phrase but there were no further details in the entry provided to the AP.
Smith was known to have two children. Son Daniel died last September at age 20 of a lethal combination of drugs, three days after Smith gave birth to a daughter, Dannielynn. Larry Birkhead was found to be the baby’s father.

Should it read: “a court paper (signed) by VLM was given to LB on March 7, 2007”?

Hehehe...it’s like the reporters are grudgingly reporting on her and don’t really care to know who she really was and what really happened.
No, she was dead - she couldn’t sign her own DNA document.
I’m the one who used the word “given” because it was not “purchased” by Birkhead.

The Insider is on now and Pat O’Brien just said that a probate hearing *will* be held in The Bahamas concerning ANS’s assets and bank accounts. He didn’t say *when* - only that it was just announced.
TI is also doing a few of the diary entries from the UR Auctions (I haven’t gotten a chance to click Trisha’s link yet, but will in a minute).
They focused on ANS looking forward to the implants, but also expressing some fear; then about her BF beating her up and “her mother” (I always wondered about that diary entry saying *he beat up “my mother”* - why wouldn’t she write “mom” or whatever she called Virgie?); and about getting drunk or something else.
It was headlined “New Diary Revelations: Plastic Surgery! Domestic Violence! and whatever the last one was, lol.”

I wonder if they are going to try and follow up on the entry about her ex hitting her and Virgie. I would love to hear that whole story. I bet Virgie wasn’t putting up with any crap and got hit for it.
These are the diaries that I posted a link to around Easter time. The ones that were at that site clips4sale.com. I’m sure ET won’t show them because she talks about being whipped....having sex all night long....partying.....and did I mention sex.
And in my opinion that is the way it should be.

I’m hoping there is! He just got outdone in his hospital donation here in Houston - his was one of the largest, $25 million - but T-Bone just gave $50 million today.
Maybe that will make him come out of hiding! If not, I just hope he’s “playing quietly” before he comes out *running with scissors*!
It makes me nervous thinking about all the damage that could be done between now and June 19th as he pretends to be the “temporary executor.”
