Stern has filed a petition asking for the probate of the will and to be named as administrator of the estate, while Birkhead has filed a petition asking to be named guardian of the estate of his daughter with Anna, Dannielynn.

As the child's father and caregiver, (Birkhead) is in the best position to protect and safeguard the interests of his child as guardian of her estate, including her interests in the estate of her deceased mother," the petition said. A June 19 hearing was scheduled to hear both petitions.

Thanks! We’ve had several versions, so the more the merrier.

We’ve also learned today that a probate hearing is going to take place in The Bahamas.

And ET just added that the hearing will cover “Anna Nicole’s real estate, personal property and bank accounts” there.

Hmmm, since this info is all coming from HKS and his demon team, I can “only guess” what possible “real estate” they may be talking about!

She never paid a dime for either property that she claimed was hers there! I think there was a small down payment on the pink house, but then nothing after that, towards the loan. As I understood it, the owner had foreclosed on it.
