Yes, he did.

Here's an excellent review of the holes they're going to be dealing with posted at Concurring Opinions.

In short, Law Professor, Kaimipono D. Wenger analyzes the Will down to intestacy - meaning, without a valid Will.

He comes to this conclusion by taking each step of the Will and validating it against the law. He therefore, concludes:

"The lapsed gift would go first to Daniel's issue, but he has none. Next, it would go to the contingent taker, but there is none. Next, it would go to the residuary taker, but again, there is none.

So the most likely answer is, it falls into the estate. Nobody takes under the will, and the entire estate passes in intestacy. From there, we turn to the intestate statute (6401 and 6402). With no surviving spouse, the entire estate passes to the deceased's children. Which is, in this case, Dannielynn. (And any other children who may be discovered.) So while she doesn't take under the will (because of the exclusion clause), she stands to take in intestacy. Also, because the property passes in intestacy rather than under the will, the various trust provisions in the will (intended to keep Daniel from receiving all of the property at once) will be ineffective."

The legal arguments are probably going to be about what remains valid in the Will (Executors, appointments, trusts, especially) and what is deemed invalid due to events that have occurred.

Given the last report on the subject, it doesn't appear to me that Stern, even if he's not the father, intends to give up control of the estate, despite the fact that this would ultimately be up to the probate court. The way I read it, the TMZ and ET reports almost puts a barter out there as if to say, If we send Virgie back to Texas where she belongs, I'll make this easy on you.

One can only wonder what O'Quinn's take on that is right now, but I have a pretty good idea.

Remember that the Ca court accepted the Bahama birth certificate “for the time being”. As soon as something changes, Ca may be able to get his DNA even though Larry is declared the father....because the order was pre-existing.

Okay, so if it were Cipro 500mg,the dosage directions for a URI should have been at least one tab every 12 hr or two a day per individual. If two were taken on 2/6, two on 2/7 and one on 2/8 before she died, then ANS received the proper dosage for an upper respiratory illness.

HOWEVER==>

Given that it was Rx’d to Alex Kaz, then assuming that ONLY HKS took it, he’d have taken 2 tabs a day for 2 days and there would have been (20 - 4 or 5 = 15) 16 tabs left, if HKS took a therapeutic dosage and ANS took ZERO Tabs.

If the Rx were SHARED - as in each person took one pill a day on 2/6 and 2/7 and then only one took a pill the morning of 2/9 then, with this ineffective, subtherapeutic dosage it comes up to 5 taken/ 15 left.

It just doesn’t come out right, there could have been no effective dosage at clinically therapeutic levels if it were shared - even one pill, by ANS and HKS. Like so much information in this situation it doesn’t add up to proper actions on any professional’s part (neither HKS nor KE) by any stretch of the imagination.

True, but Howard offered it when he was talking about the events of that night. It wasn't an answer to a direct question. I find that even when people are lying they mix in a bit of the truth. I think Daniel did say that, and it stuck with HKS.

I am not saying that HKS purposely killed Daniel. I do think he gave Daniel the drugs that caused his death(though not the antidepressents), and Daniel was unaware of exactly what he was taking.

Daniel's death bothers me. I haven't seen the PI that says he spoke to Daniel, but people who have say he is very believable. If Daniel did talk to a PI about HKS, the whole thing is very disturbing.

My two year old microwaved our cat once. I had the microwave on a table in the kitchen (old house, no counter space and the table was short) It was an old microwave, with a turn dial, no buttons. Just shut the door and turn, wala, nuclear heaven. So I was standing at the stove and hear ‘flop flop flop, wahk wahk, flop’ and turn to see the cat flopping in the microwave and my two year old daughter just watching. I dove across the kitchen and kitty jumped out. She wasn’t ever quite right after that either. Also got a taller table for the microwave.

The fact that Perper said that if she had been taken to a hospital, she likely would have lived "BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE CONTROLLED THE MEDICINE" pretty much says negligence BECAUSE KE AND HOWARD HAD BEEN WARNED.

She didn't want to go to the hospital is "no defense" because SHE DIDN'T KNOW SHE COULD DIE and she was literally out of it.

Whatever happened to the cherry covered Chocolate story?? I had grave doubts that it was true to start with.

also the addition of Lin Wood IMO can be understood just by checking one’s on deep visceral reactions - at first it scared me TILL I THOUGHT ABOUT IT. LW is trying to scare the whole lot of us - that is a bullying tactic and designed to deprive us of our right to express our opinions and our free speech. I will ask for the ACLU to defend me if I have to (all’s fair in love and lawsuits)

Remember that Perper in issuing his “OPINION” AND going on TV with his perspective had very little input regarding the BIG picture. The hotel wasn’t secured for hours....and Howard and KE’s statements are ambiguous. I also don’t believe there was any statement by either of them in his report that Anna didn’t want to go to the hospital.

Anybody with half a brain would know NOT to give something as HARDCORE as Methodone to someone else. It’s one thing to give an asprin, it’s quite another to give hard narcs. HKS should have known you don’t pass out Methodone.

Did they do bloodwork? LOL, you wouldn’t believe all the bloodwork they’ve done. I’ve got to call the medical group tomorrow, and make an appt, and also have the hospital fax over my records.

They didn’t say it was pneumonia, so I’m thinking liver? I have been prescribed diuretics and potassium, and will pick them up tomorrow, after a few more phone calls. Like I said, after that Tylenol announcement, I quit taking anything over the counter. Plus I’ve always associated diuretics with eating disorders.

I’m glad to hear your Lupus is in remission. It is so difficult to try and hold down a job being sick all the time.
